Is Wifi Thermostat Required

The ecobee3 Lite Smart Thermostat was extremely easy and required a minimum amount time to install. The step by step guide provided made the whole process just about fail proof. As for the operation of this thermostat, I went into this open minded having never own a Smart Thermostat before. I am absolutely blown away by the performance and feathers of this unit. The ecobee3 Lite goes well past anything I might have been expecting and operates perfectly.

Installation is a breeze. Configuration of the thermostat was a bit confusing - the required update is only pushed with the subscription to Haven. Otherwise, the device has worked flawlessly.

this Thermostat was very easy to setup can set with one finger just slide up or down to where you want and walk away its that easy can also setup WIFI very easy to take phone or tablet and set it there wife loves it if you are in bed and forget to set it just pickup phone and set it ITS THAT EASY ! ! !

I changed from the Nest thermostat that I had for years because I was starting having issues with the thermostat from the WiFi ,to the schedule and Google moving everything to the Google Home app so I gave The Ecobee a try and I am glad I did it has working perfectly during the cold weather that we had. I was able to install it easily in 20 minutes even before the house got cold.

Love the NEST thermostat! Easy to install. Just follow the directions. Easy to connect to wifi. App works great and love the ability to connect to the Amazon ECHO. Let's you control the temperature using Alexa!

Bought this for a wifi thermostat with no c wire. Had it up and running in no time. The screw in option is great to keep it in place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Ecobee thermostat for years (EMS Si WiFi generation) and the WiFi disconnects every so often so it was kind of an inconvenience. But now that I received the new and improved, I’m so happy with it, it’s looks so much prettier and I still get to use the app to control it!

Got this Netgear modem(cm700) to replace an older modem that required constant resetting. Wifi working great now :)

When our community changed our internet to WiFi I had a desktop and laptop that required an adapter to replace the Ethernet hookup previous used. The first A6100 I purchased worked so well on my laptop and setup was as easy as plugging it in and turning on my computer, that I purchased a second one for my desktop. I would highly recommend it. The cost can’t be beat and no more cables!

This is a great WiFi access point/bridge. It performs very well and best of all, no periodic reboots are required! CAVEAT: This is not for everyone. This product was intended for enterprise use. As such it is not plug-and-play, and there is no simple set-up wizard. If you don't know something about network administration, this is probably not for you.
