The four stars are for the companies' response to a tiny customer's complaint. About 3 weeks ago I gave a negative review of this adapter, as a result of using it on 2 Olympus MFT bodies to adapt an Olympus 4/3 lens. My review was sent to Vello (a sister company to B&H, I believe ). Vello contacted me and gave me the option of replacing it or receiving a refund, and today I received the refund in the mail. The product didn't work for me, but the companies did. Thank you, B&H and Vello!! 5 |

We have had this camera for two years. We now have another one. We did have an issue but through customer support it was rectified promptly. Customer service was excellent. Which that in itself makes the product excellent. Pictures are really nice and clear. We haven’t tried a video yet. 5 |
