To explain why I love this router I need to explain the issues I ran with another product. I've been using the Google WiFi for a while but I had some major issues with it. The biggest problem was that it's dependent on Google's infrastructure and when it was down, so was my home network. The 2nd problem was with my need to use my home WiFi in bridge mode to allow access to devices on my wired network, printers for example. To do this with Google WiFi I had to give up the mesh capability which defeats it's whole purpose. Now AMPLIFI AFi-HD. First of all it's doesn't rely on an external infrastructure to work. Second, it support mesh network in bridge mode, hence solving my access issues. In addition to this package I also purchased an additional mesh point to better cover my home.My home Wifi is now extremely fast and reliable. I have 100% signal strength in most of my home and no point in my 2 story home has less than 87% signal strength. I have no problem streaming 4K video from Netflix with speeds up to 65+Mbs while keep using other devices on the network with no noticeable slow-down. I am now waiting for the release of the Teleport which is supposed to make it possible to take my network on the road. 5 |

I live in a small town where utility infrastructure reliability can be quite sketchy. I bought this not only to continue operation during outages, but to isolate and protect my expensive equipment from power anomalies. This product handles all of these concerns with excellence. You want one of these. 5 |

Long time audio enthusiast who recently chose SONOS infrastructure for our new home. I have IKEA surrounds in the living room, along with the BEAM. In our open floorplan, these items integrate nicely with the SONOS 1 that sits above our kitchen cabinets, giving the rooms a ton of great audio from XM, and TIDAL. We play a lot of video games, and the surround audio always adds something that you just miss when using any soundbar. This Christmas I decided to pull the trigger on the SUB MINI when it went on sale. Integration to the app was easy as usual. I placed the very heavy sub in the corner since you really don't need to place it anywhere in particular. I ran the calibration app, and made a few EQ adjustments for my tastes and we are very happy with the ways it adds so much depth to the sound. Even when I am in-between rooms, the sub frequencies carry throughout the downstairs area allowing it to add bass to the ONE as well. Highly Recommended. 5 |

Because of this piece of equipment our infrastructure will be much more stable. Gone are all the DAs we used to split signals and send them where they needed to go. It was easy to set up. I'm glad we made the purchase. 5 |
