The Jabra EVOLVE 20 UC Stereo Headset is a comfortable fit for a 4 hour shift. The earpieces are soft. The set doesn't bind or press in anywhere. The mic is nicely adjustable and the sound is clear when I am listening and background noise is suppressed; caller didn't even notice my other phone ringing across the room.

Purchased this as a gift for my wife since she works from home, and was tired of the corded Jabra headset. First fully charged day she said it lasted through her 8hr shift and could walk to the kitchen from her office which it upstairs without any dropouts. Clear voice since I did call to hear how it sounds, and headset audio I was told was great. Comfortable enough to wear all day. Got the Ms-Teams version everything was plug-n-play using an Lenovo Win-10 laptop.

The Jabra 925 works great with my Shoretel phone and my iPhone. It even starts Siri when I press the mobile phone button. I used the software to program the headset to automatically connect to my Desktop phone when I remove the headset from the stand. Great programming options!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my OpenComm2 UC headset! It’s been a constant companion for the past 2 weeks, and even with my schedule packed with calls, the battery life has been nothing short of remarkable. The freedom to stroll over to the kitchen for a quick refreshment without dropping a call is a game-changer. Plus, the open-ear design is a breath of fresh air—literally! It’s hard to imagine my routine before this gem came into my life.

Was gifted a Poly wireless headset. But needed the Bluetooth adapter for it to work with my work computer. I had to disable the computer Bluetooth but after that this little adapter can reach around my whole house. I have even answered calls from my kitchen while cooking lunch. This headset was purchased to replace an entry level Logitech set from about 10-12 years ago. I wanted a comfortable headset for video conferencing that supported usb-c, since both my Pixelbook Go and MacBook Air only have usb-c ports. The fact that this headset can also easily convert into a standard stereo jack was also very appealing. I'm not ready for a wireless headset since I dislike charging too many devices and the mics on Bluetooth wireless headsets usually rate poorly (nearly always, the complaint is that they are underpowered and too quiet). I've used this headset now for numerous many hour long calls. It is lightweight and comfortable, my ears do not get hot, and it does an amazingly good job at blocking out background noise without any active noise canceling technology. The ear pad material was softer than I was expecting and it appears to sink around my ears for a close fit. Sound quality has been very good, and when I asked the people on the other side of my calls how I sounded, they all confirmed that I was clear and easily understood. The cord is very long, and the usb-c connector makes a tight fit. Setup was the same as any other usb headset.

It offers both a USB connection for my computer and a headset jack for my phone. I downloaded Plantronics software for my Windows 10 PC. I am very pleased with this product

I owned a Sennheiser USB computer headset, but accidentily clipped one wire (don't ask). I bought this so I could participate in Zoom meetings. It works perfectly and, to be quite honest, even though I cannot perform a side-by-side comparison with the Sennheiser, I don't detect a difference in the quality and the price is MUCH more favorable. I am very happy with this purchase.

Almost the perfect headset: Bluetooth with my Ipad or my Cellphone, USB w/ my Computer for Skype. Excellent microphone for conversation. Only thing missing would be a way to switch between 2 Bluetooth source
