Japanese Av Reverse Image Search

This is my second C920s webcam. It has great features and a beautiful image. It's basically plug & play right out of the box, with one major exception. I immediately realized that the image is reversed upon plugging the webcam in. Why the default image is reversed kind of blows my mind. There were no directions on how to reverse the image. I went on the Logitech website and searched for a solution. Nada. I searched Google, too. All the solutions were complicated and convoluted. I ended up downloading 2 or 3 programs that didn't solve my problem. Since this is my second C920s, I went back to my first installation of this webcam on my other PC. The image was right on. So, I checked and I have a program called Logitech Capture. I checked its settings, and sure enough, under the Source 1 settings there's an Advanced Settings slider. Sliding that to On opens up another set of settings. One of them is horizontally flip source. Checking that check box flips the image to the proper point of view. Why Logitech would reverse the default image is beyond me. And, why they don't provide instructions on how to flip the image is crazy. Anyway, just downloading this simple (free) program from the Logitech website solves the issue. All is well. I'm very happy with the webcam now.

Being a first time user of a PTZ camera I had no idea what go expect. The AV-1081 is a feature loaded camera. I mounted it upside down in our church and it automatically flipped the image. The quality of the image is superb! Despite a low lit stage, the image looks like we have special lighting and the temperature can be adjusted to colour correct for the lighting we do have. It looks like it uses a Pelco processing engine which is an industry standard for security cameras.The PTZ function is dead quiet and the supplied remote works fine; albeit, a joystick controller is recommended for zooming and moving the camera head around. Totally recommend this unit.

As you know filters help with image quality during the day. I was in search of filters for my new GoPro Hero 9 and decided to go with the Freewell 4K series. I'm glad I did, they are well built, and do exactly what I bought them for. I would highly recommend. - JM
