No. They did connect to the PS4 easily no problems there. My don said very comfortable and he liked the design ( he is 18 years old) but the actual performance of them being compatible isn’t there. It lagged & dropped the WiFi. So he gave them to my oldest son. He has the PS5. He is now a very happy owner of these Sony INZONE H7 Wireless Gaming Headset. They work great! They again connected easily. They charge very quickly. The sound is clear. Venmo ices & sound effects They are a nice lightweight headset. Just would be nice to be more universal for other Sony products. ( even though stated for PS5)

The headset pairs very well with the PS5. The sound is incredible. My oldest is completely enamored with them and has used them daily since he got them. I am not much of a gamer, but I have used them and I was very pleasantly surprised that they didn't feel as heavy as I thought they would. All the games I played sounded great. At first I thought they were kinda big and bulky but after trying them on they fit and feel great. They don’t fall off my head so that’s a plus. The sound is amazing. I have kids and it downs out thr sound of them playing and doesn’t disturb my gaming. They are white and black which compliments the PlayStation perfectly. My kids tend to fight over this headset they all want a pair. I like that it’s wireless, no cords getting in the way to trip over. This headset would make a perfect gift for any gaming person in your life.

Bought this headset after getting tired of dealing with the expensive wireless types that always seem to need a charge during gaming even though you had them on charge all day while you were at work and all I can say is that this headset is simply amazing. I'm no pro gamer by any means but even I noticed the upgrade in sound clarity with this headset over my previous ones and the price makes it even better, I've even had people tell me how much easier its been understanding with the adjustable mic so all in this headset is a win all around for me.
