I am not using this as a Center Channel Speaker, but as my Left Dolby Atmos Speaker. I have an older JBL Center Channel Speaker for the Right Dolby Atmos Speaker, and I wanted something similar for the Left so I purchased the somewhat affordable Yamaha. Yes, it is an odd choice for Dolby Atmos Speakers, but it works and sounds really good. 5 |

Owned 6 center channel speakers from JBL, Klipsch and B&W, but this one is the icing on the cake. Vocals have never been clearer and the dynamics are straight from a cinema. Absolutely beautiful sound and beautiful finish too. Just buy it. You'll never regret it. 5 |

I had a funky JBL M-Patch 2 that never really sounded very good. One channel was always a bit lower than the other, but it served my needs at the time. The JBL unit started to generate background noise and one channel would occasionally cut out, so I decided to replace it. This unit has much cleaner sound, some adjustment options for input levels and the panel layout and I/O is a huge improvement for my desktop space. Latency seems minimal, if at all. Some people complain about the build quality, but mine seems very solid and doesn't give me reason to worry about it's durability. My only reservation is that I wish I purchased the version with MIDI. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with this purchase. Highly recommended. 5 |
