Jbl Clip 2 Small Bluetooth Speaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! The first word that comes to mind when I cracked open the new JBL Clip 5 from Harman. How can all that sound come from such a small package?!? Let me explain... The new and revised Clip 5 offering from JBL offers many upgrades from previous models including better battery life, connectivity, and a larger/durable 'clip' (carabiner) opening to accommodate more areas in which to use this roughly 6x4x2 inch speaker! The sound is potent with punchy bass emitting from a frequency range of 95hz-20Khz. The sound is nothing short of astounding but also lives up the the JBL reputation of bigger isn't always better. The small palm-of-your-hand sized frame (which is dust and WATER proof) is rugged and can take abuse from most any outdoor activity in which it is used. Battery life is up to 12hrs with an additional 3hrs of playtime when you turn Playtime Boost (in the JBL Portable App) to the off setting... all this with just a minimal 3 hour charge time from a supplied USB-A to USB-C connecting cable. The cable is short but does the trick and you must supply a wall USB-A compatible charging block yourself. The speaker is able to be connected to other JBL Portable devices thru AuraCast and the JBL app for a complete party on the go.. whether you're fishing, swimming, beaching, off-roading, partying, or just relaxing.. it just works! I did have trouble when first trying to connect the speaker to the JBL Portable App but soon discovered a quick update of the App fixed all connectivity issues. The Clip 5 does come in a variety of colors but whatever the color... this thing just ROCKS! The main use I have for the speaker is in my shower. My mornings are started with a bang from this potent little monster! Well worth every penny just as other JBL speakers I have in my collection. The JBL/Harman name is simply synonymous with quality sound and craftsmanship!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL has done it again with the Clip 5. It is a small but mighty powerhouse that punches above its proverbial weight class. Connecting it via bluetooth was super easy as was connecting it to another speaker with the Multi-Speaker connection button. The Clip 5 has super high quality sound and is LOUD. I like how rugged it is, it would make the perfect travel companion. And the rubber on the back side of the speaker keep it from sliding around when not clipped to something.

The JBL Clip 5 connected very easily via bluetooth and using the JBL portable app, you can now customize your EQ and connect multi-speakers. The sound is very clear with a balanced highs and a nice punchy bass. It has an IP67 waterproof rating, and I have used it in the shower. I can honestly say it's waterproof. I like the big clip on it, so it hooks securely to my backpack. The the power and controls are easy to push. JBL has gone another level with this small compact speaker. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'll give it a 9 rating for sound, convenience, and portability.

I am so happy I bought the JBL Charge 4, it’s everything that I wanted in a Bluetooth speaker. It’s my first time with JBL and it did not disappoint me in any way.

I got this the blue JBL Clip 4 as a birthday gift from a WONDERFUL friend. It was such an exciting surprise to receive this speaker and I have been using it NON-stop since receiving the gift. SO HUGE shout out to my friend ;) for the awesome gift. Now to share more about why this speaker is great: 1) SUPERB sound quality for such a small speaker 2) Great battery life - I am just needing to charge now after 2 days of listening for many hours 3) I hear it is waterproof (that’s cool - haven’t tried it out yet) 4) Love the blue color!! 5) The clip is durable and big enough to fit on most things 6) SUPER easy to pair. I purchased this personalized JBL Clip Speaker for my husband and he loooves the results. The personalized pic looks exactly as photo submitted and, of course, you can't go wrong with a JBL; 100% reliable even in rain and frigid NYC temps. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this speaker. Oh, almost forgot most important...SOUND QUALITY is EXCELLENT!
