Its rugged design and long battery life make it an ideal companion for outdoor adventures or on-the-go listening. This really surprised me as I tried different types of music and it always produced clear and enjoyable sound. The JBL Go 4 promises a battery life of up to 7 hours, allowing for extended listening sessions without the need for frequent charging. Its IPX7 waterproof and dustproof rating protects it against spills, rain, and accidental drops. The speaker's durable fabric cover and rugged rubber exterior provide additional protection from the elements. I haven’t found a speaker this size that has a better mid-range. I’ve tried many others, even the JBL Go 3, the JBL Clip 4… but this one always wins out. Whatever driver they put in this speaker is quite frankly the best they could’ve put in for watching shows and movies. Other speakers can get loud, but the balance always favors bass and the lower end over the mid-range. The result is the drowning out of vocals even at high volume. But not this one. The JBL Go 2 is actually backwards- the bass is there but not overpowering, and the mids are extremely strong. That’s what makes this the ideal speaker for watching shows and videos with vocals. You don’t have to be at max, or even near max, to hear the voices come out clearly. When I use my other similarly-sized speakers, I often have to crank them to max to get the vocal volume I want. This is a great speaker that I hope they keep manufacturing. It has a good place on JBL’s lineup, even with the more rugged JBL Go 3’s existence.

It takes 3 hours to charge and in return you get a 7 hours power life. JBL Go 4 is the ideal size speaker for on the go fitting perfectly in your hand and comes with a small loop that can be used to attach a hook and clip to bags or whatever you would like. Set up took less than a minute, only 2 steps and was extremely simple. While the size of the speaker may be small the sound is mighty! The sound is crystal clear even at the maximum volume, it does not become distorted. With the app you are able to control the equalizers on your speaker for your own personalized pleasure. The design is aesthetically pleasing and durable. One of my favorite features is that this speaker is waterproof (1m for a duration of 30 minutes) which makes it perfect for taking to the pool or beach. I love my JBL Go 4 the sound is incredible and an easy and convenient speaker to bring the music party where ever you go.

I am so happy I bought the JBL Charge 4, it’s everything that I wanted in a Bluetooth speaker. It’s my first time with JBL and it did not disappoint me in any way.

Love my latest speaker. The Encore Essential is another typical great JBL product. Small, light & portable yet packs a punch. Great sound and so much fun. We go camping a lot and the Encore Essential is just perfect before quiet time. The 1/4 in jack gives you an option to plug in a mic or instrument to expand your possibilities. I'll probably get the Encore this Black Friday and gift this Essential to a family member.

This portable smart speaker goes everywhere with me. Much better quality sound than JBL, Beats and Aztec. The Bluetooth range is amazing combined with the Wi-Fi Alexa or your favorite streaming platform makes me want to buy another 1 and link them throughout my entire home.
