The JBL Quantum app is easy to use and comes with an equalizer, which is nice. Calibration of headset is also pretty easy and worth it. Noise-canceling is great. Cons: It would be ideal for this headset to be wireless, obviously. The microphone is decent/average. I wish that the headset was operable without the app- I don't always have access to a laptop/PC. If there was an Android version of the JBL Quantum app, problem would be solved. Although the sound quality is excellent, it could use more bass.

I can play for hours on end with no discomfort to my ears. I've always had great luck with JBL audio products, and this gaming headset is no exception. It delivers the goods with this headset, which has a great array of features. The JBL Quantum Engine app is great as well. Very easy to use and a nice range of features. You can change the color profile of the RGB JBL logo on the ear cups, which is cool. You have equalizer settings, as well as the ability to choose DTS or QuantumSURROUND which is what I typically use. You can also update the firmware on the headphones from the app, which is awesome!

The JBL Quantum Stream Wireless (USB-C) microphone is tiny but packs powerful capabilities from the ease of being a plug and go device, to its super long range transmission, to the simple app use. This microphone is really for the on the go streamers, influencers, youtubers, instagramers, and so much more! I have used the Quantum Stream for reels, one on one interviews, to even musical recordings for a brass quintet. You will not find another product that comes close to competing with the JBL Quantum Stream!

I was also able to use them as a mic for the Ps5 and they work perfectly for hours without charge. Best wireless microphone in the market!!!!

The sound is so crisp, clear, better than a movie theatre comfortably on my head. They are so comfortable. There is cushion even on the inside top so it feels so good on. The wireless feature, is amazing! I love the freedom of getting up to do things real quick and not having to worry with wires. The battery life is almost 24 hours when fully charged and you can use while charging if need be. I love the durability. I highly recommend this set above any others and I’ve used many.

My son loves this JBL Quantum 400. I will recommend it.
