[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the JBL Tune Flex Ear Buds. They have the usual Great JBL Sound, with booming bass. The box contains a Quick Start guide, a box of ear tips and a short USB A to C cable for charging (it's Orange making it easy to find) plus the Ear Buds. (see the pictures) My advice is to download the JBL Headphones App right away! There's a QR Code with the link. Mine came with a decent charge out of the box, but I charged it fully just to be safe, while I installed the JBL Headphones App on my phone. The case has lights that indicate the level of charge...they go out when the device is fully charged. The JBL Tune Flex uses Bluetooth to connect. Opening the case makes the Ear Buds discoverable, and they easily connected to my Samsung with a custom name for easy identification. Operation is simple using taps to the top of the earbud, the part in your ear (that's the actual speaker). You can use them in one ear (Mono) or both (Stereo), the controls are the same on each side. I chose to use the Ear Buds with open ear tips, just as they came out of the box. If you choose to use the Sealing Ear Tips (there are 3 different sizes) the first thing to do is remove the Open Ear Tips...see my picture with the tip removed. Directions are on the the first page of the Quick Start Guide...don't overlook them!! With the JBL Headphone App, you can customize many of the device controls and the sound; there's also an Equalizer that works very well, I was using Sirius XM from my phone and settled on the "Vocal" EQ setting. There are also three settings (available in the App) for Ambient Noise and with 6 adjustments within that, you should be able to find just the right setting for your location(s). All of this functionality, at a tremendous price makes for a great value which is why I give the JBL Tune Flex Ear Buds FIVE Stars

Finally decided to buy wireless earphones. The JBL Reflect Mini 2 fit the bill. The price was right, the in-ear fit was perfect, and the sound was awesome! Very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased JBL Quantum TWS Bluetooth buds in November 2023. I am so happy I mistakenly came across the buds in a Google search for quality Bluetooth buds. I am so amazed by the sound quality and features. In my opinion, JBL Quantum TWS is by far superior, and the icing on the cake is the sweet price of JBL Quantum TWS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with JBL’s Vibe buds. First off, they are so easy to connect via Bluetooth. They just connect to your device upon picking the JBL vibe buds from the drop-down in your Bluetooth menu of your device. That’s all. They sound is off the charts. It’s so crisp and clear that they are truly superb. They come with different size tips so they fit perfectly in anyone’s ears. They are so light and comfortable, sometimes I forget I’m even wearing them. Unlike other pricier buds, they don’t fall out of your ears at all. The buds click inside the case for charging and the case holds charge itself after charging it up. The case holds charge for days and the buds stay charged for hours and hours. I use them everyday and in only charge the case once a week. Twice at the very most. The have ambient control so you can hear in the background if you need to. JBL has an app for easier use, ambient controls, an equalizer and more. I love the you can control volume and pause just by tapping your buds. The buds automatically pause if you take one out which is so awesome. You can also take phone calls thru your buds, which is also a big plus. The quality of JBL vibe buds is excellent. I’m sure the way I take care of things, but, even if you’re careless, these buds are gonna last you. Overall, I love everything about JBL vibe bugs and I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overly impressed with these new ear buds!! I've had them for approximately two weeks and they have been fantastic. The noise canceling on these are equal if not better than my over the ear headphones, even when mowing my yard. They have all day comfort while wearing them in my office. The sound (like all JBL products) is incredible with crystal clear highs and impressive bass. And the power usage is unbelievable. With a fully charged case and buds, i an confident that i could get seven full days of eight hour usage. I've provided screen shots of the power usage. First morning shows the case at 60% and buds at 100%. Second screen shot shows after a day at work with case still at 60% and the buds at about 20% each. I put the buds in the case and tossed them in my backpack. Next morning, (third screen shot) buds at 100% and the case only down to 50%. THAT IS AWESOME!!!! I hate being tethered by power cords, and the case and buds only need a couple hours to fully charge when needed. Fantastic job JBL!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Tour Pro 3 ear buds are like no other. These ear buds have many features that are fun and useful. The JBL Tour Pro 3 comes with a usb-c plug. You can connect to your digital device with the ear buds right in the case when using blue tooth. When I downloaded the app I was able to take a hearing test. There is adjustments between hearing in video to movie, ambulant, talk through, noise canceling all to aid in the best hearing available with out hurting my hearing. The smart sound feature is nice so the sound does not suddenly let sound blast in my ears. These did come with extra sized silicone buds for the best fit. There is a tiny screen build right into the charging case. You can change the picture shown, turn on a flash light, control the ear buds, see how charged the entire case is as well as each bud. The time is also shown as well as messages, email and more. When this times out the lock screen pops up. Phone mode is amazing. You can of course talk through the ear buds. You can use gestures to answer the phone and disconnect. You can have the music lower and return with preset timing that starts at 5 seconds to 20 seconds. The spatial sound features head tracking for the best sound. Now I know at times I fall asleep with my ear buds in my ears. JBL Tour Pro 3 ear buds have a stress releasing white noise sounds There is a Forrest, Ocean, night time sounds. Last but not least with the app the JBL Tour Pro 3 let’s you find your ear bud if you lose one or both. That is one of the best features anyone can ask for.

Finally I have a cute little box to store all my different size ear buds. Thanks to JBL. The sound quality exceeds all its previous versions. It is crisp, clear and exceptional. There are buds for all ear sizes that makes them a great fit for the ears.

I'm a basshead and these tws jbl ear buds impressed me just as every other jbl product I own!! Thank you Harmon Kardon for continuing to put out fantastic products!! I choose you guys over anything and everything!! Biggest JBL fanatic ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the silver color of the ear buds and not the standard black or white options. The case and buds overall are lightweight and easily portable. The sound quality is pretty good compared to some of the other JBL ear buds available. They have great bass and are louder than expected. I also like how you can tap or hold for commands. They charge pretty fast and hold a charge for a long time. That isn't anything new for JBL quality ear buds.You can also use one ear bud at a time and when you take it out of your ear, it automatically stops the music and start the music once you put it back into your ear. These also can be used in the JBL app which is convenient.
