Jbl Retro Bluetooth Speaker

Easy to use right out of the box, you simply plug it in, download the Jbl one app and link up. Playing music at about a 1/3 of the highest level more than fills my great room (that has 3 story ceilings). Attractive look - it provides that retro look you may be looking for. Only complaint would be that as far as I can tell, it needs to be plugged in. Would prefer a rechargeable battery so that it could be placed in a variety of areas. As always, Jbl sound quality is unrivaled!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Authentics 500 is absolutely beautiful and the sound quality is excellent. The retro vibe of speaker compliments any room. It has black with subtle gold trim that frames the speaker & shape of the grille is pleasing visually. It truly makes the speaker one-of-a-kind. I temporarily placed this in my college age sons room at home. He appreciates the Dolby Atmos 3D spatial sound, it’s like his own mini concert of music. He uses bluetooth - AirPlay 2, and Spotify to stream with ease. Using the JBL One app on his phone to control the speaker (or if needed the controls on top of speaker). When I use it, I appreciate the automatic self tuning and being able to use Alexa that is built in. The sound quality is rich and balanced with so much clarity - you can feel the beat of bass and the quality remains with volume increased. The whole family loves this beautiful, quality sounding, retro feeling speaker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL authentics 200 is a classy retro style speaker, that I enjoy very much. With the JBL one app, I have full control of sound adjustments and music streaming via wifi. It also has bluetooth connectivity with no lag or drops. You can voice control, using Amazon Alexa and Google assistant with the app as an option. The sound from this speaker has very well balanced highs and lows, with a punchy base from the down firing radiator speaker. Overall, the JBL Authentics 200, just gave me the sound illusion of a quite larger speaker. The leatherlike feel of the speaker cabinet and front grill is a classy style look, that gives it a look, that I came to love immediately. On the top of the speaker, the volume, treble, and bass knobs light up with the level adjustment. The volume knob pauses and plays your music with a push. The JBL Authentics 200 speaker is compact but don't be fooled by it's size when you are playing music. It's a beast of sound for its size. JBL has impressed me with this speaker with its retro style, classy look, sound, and features in a very good-looking speaker. Additional auxiliary input is in the rear of the speaker with ethernet port and usb. I give the JBL Authentics 200 an A+ on sound quality and size. I am currently using it in my garage workspace.

I am so happy I bought the JBL Charge 4, it’s everything that I wanted in a Bluetooth speaker. It’s my first time with JBL and it did not disappoint me in any way.

This portable smart speaker goes everywhere with me. Much better quality sound than JBL, Beats and Aztec. The Bluetooth range is amazing combined with the Wi-Fi Alexa or your favorite streaming platform makes me want to buy another 1 and link them throughout my entire home.

I got stuck in a downpour and it didn't miss a beat. The Bass Boost really sets it apart from the competition, and the gain makes it a great practice amp for my Guitar. You ROCK, JBL!!!

The lens case is the right size to hold the JBL Charge 4 portable bluetooth speaker. Plus the inside compartment is able to holds the charging card

Individually great; won't work in combination with the second JBL I purchased. Nevertheless, as a Bluetooth speaker, wonderful! ❤

It is a modern speaker with a hint of the companies retro look on the front grill. It is a high quality compact bluetooth/wifi speaker. It has all of the latest features like dual voice assistants, bluetooth 5.3, wifi, a wired LAN connection, a 3.5mm auxilary input. It has physical buttons and dials like play/pause, bluetooth, a favotites button and volume, treble and bass dials. The JBL One app helps make the best of the speakers technology as it provides controls as well as the ability to update the speakers firmware. The speaker packs a punch for its size. The output is rated at 90 watts and can get pretty loud. The sound is crisp, clear, well balanced with great bass. The speaker has two 1/4” front firing tweeters, one 5” front firing full range woofer and one 6” down firing bass radiator which helps give the speaker great bass response. This speaker is a definate keeper as it is packed with the latest features, sounds great, can get loud and looks great.
