Jvc Digital Video Camera Safeguard Mode

I've had the JVC GC-XA2 for about 2 weeks and have performed several shoots with it. My first impressions are very favorable overall: the camera is solidly built and has a rubber exterior with gorilla glass covering the monitor screen. Navigating through the menu to set up the camera is easy but the buttons are a little hard to push- not a bad thing. image quality was fantastic in both the 1080 60fps mode and the time lapse mode. I did my research before buying this camera and am very glad I went with the Adixxion. I like not having to worry about putting the camera into a protective case just to mount it to a tripod like the GoPros. I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for a good POV or second camera on a shoot.

Although I have yet to use the drone. I am definitely using this as a safeguard.

Cool Features, like Panorama maker on the camera, beauty shot, Camera Mode w/digital zoom during video option. Shutter Speed is exteremly fast almost instant, great for capturing those fastmoving moments. Batter Life about 600+ pictures with flash, Re-charable Ion Battery.

I ordered this bag for my JVC GY-HC500 Professional Video Camera. I wasn't sure if it would fit because the specs of the bag say it is a little shorter than the camera. It was one of the B&H recommended accessories for the camera so I decided to give it a try. The camera fit perfectly leading me to believe that they are a little bit conservative with their specs. I will also say that the bag feels much more solid and robust in real life than it appears in the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised by that. This style of top opening Dr bag is great for professional camcorders. It's easy to get the camera in and out quickly. I'm really happy with the purchase of this bag.

Bought a JVC LS-300 video camera and needed a battery charger. The model from JVC was more expensive. This model is much less expensive and works great!

I've been in video production for the past 20 years, and have gravitated towards the Monfrotto/Bogen for the quality vs. price relationship. I had the much larger 516 head for the larger JVC KY27/Beta SP back, and then eventually to the smaller JVC 500 video camera. Now I have the Canon 5D M3, and I like the feel of this 502 much better than the 516! This new Bridging and spring technology has produced a smoother, adustable tension and drag, and I can pan and tilt much smoother, even with a smaller camera. I am placing the 502 head on top of my older Manfrotto 515MV legs (need to have a 100mm to 75mm ball adapter), which has a (removable) spreader at the bottom. I don't mind the extra weight, in exchange for the stability. 502: great performance, for a great price.

Lightweight , sturdy , use it for video taping sports and supports my jvc 200 sp camera fine . a little expensive but you get what you pay for . A name that I trust .

I shoot video with a JVC HM 100 camera (from B&H) and the new Manfroto tripod with the fluid head provides me with fixed camera shots that are smooth and easily controlled. Camera mounting has an easy to use quick release. The pan and tilt settings are reliable & highly adjustable. Smooth with no jerks at beginning and ending of pan. The legs are strong while light and the cross piece connecting the legs adds additional stability. The next generation might have a more easily read fluid level.

This is my 2nd 4k (UHD) camcorder, first was the JVC LS300 using MFT to B4 adapter I had to be in 2x ext lens mode to fill the JVC sensor. Also used on my Panasonc AF100 in 2x ext mode. However, a huge plus is that with the same 'dummy' adapter I don't need to be in 2x ext mode when atach to GBH1 ! Somehow my Canon J 21x fills the GBH1 sensor. So far so good. Yeah, I know the chromatic artifacts. However, displaying the HDMI GBH1 output to a Zacuto Z Finder EVF requires some power ON sequence methods. If I power up GBH1 first and then power ON the Zacuto I avoid the EVF error, Unsupported Video Format 1080pYUV422. By mistake I changed the GBH1 'downconvert HDMI default to menu setting of 4k30p and that disabled the camera ! I was then unable to get back into it's menu settings. After an hour of online manual reading there is a sequence of GBH1 buttons held at once that resets the box back to default: Q-Menu, F2 and F4 (all at once) causes box to blink and reset back to defaults such as HDMI downconvert (I'll never get off that setting again). Another issue is B4 lens backfocus is super touchy, there is a critical sweet spot and it's right near the end of the it's adjustment; not a lot of leeway for error for backfocus.
