Kansas City Railroad Pocket Watch Battery

We film a lot of choirs here in the Kansas City area. We use this bar to hold the 2 Rode Choir mics that we use. It is awesome and built very well. This is a must buy!

I carry this light in my watch pocket. It is a great performer. I love it. It is handy. Always on me ready to go. The battery really lasts. I haven't logged the hours, but it seems to me the battery actually lasts longer than it is rated. One caveat: While it may be weather resistant, it does not withstand the wash and rinse cycle of a washing machine. You must remember to remove it from the watch pocket before washing your trousers. Going through the wash cycle has a deleterious effect on performance.

I wanted a small bag for a day in the city and this works great. Fits my Oly M5 plus multiple pro lenses; wallet, phone, sunglasses case, and an extra shirt in the top pocket; Kindle, keys, extras in the front pocket. Comfortable to wear for the day. The back access is not my favorite, but i like the security.

Ok, so I bought one of these about five years ago, and I carry it in the watch pocket of my work pants (just because that's a handy place to leave it when I'm out shooting at night). Needless to say it has, in that time, gone through the wash not once, not twice, but three separate times (the printing on the buttons is almost worn off, it's been through so many times). It works so nicely I bought a second one this year, but I'm still using the first.

This phone clamp folds to fit in a watch pocket. It can serve as a stand for group photos using an Apple Watch as a remote, or the base unscrews and it goes on a regular tripod for whatever. I am even thinking about using it as a dash cam or for time lapses.
