Just finished my first Arts and Craft Show, wish was a Success. The Dry Mount Press was fantastic! For two days the machine got a great work out. The photos on the Mount Boards were so impressive. I use this product for all around media arts and photography. Projects range in type & size but I tend to focus on still imagery & digital painting. The machine is fast and can handle multiple program workflows. The video card is pretty good, and it looks like a system you can hold on to for a long time. It could use more usb ports. I do recommend increasing the memory, there are many vendors online that will give you a deal on memory, I believe including B&H. The system can handle 3 memory channels so to get the most speed out of your machine, upgrade in 3s, for example 3x4gb=12gb. Upgrade now or later, it gives you headroom to grow your machine. You can really feel the six-core hustle and as more programs are configured to take advantage of more cores, we can expect to see increased performance and a return on your investment in the coming years.

I bought my wife a Karaoke machine for Christmas which was two 1/4 microphone inputs on it. I was thinking how cool it would be to have wireless mics so people could hand them off as songs changed, instead of being limited by a cord, and having to swap seats. The WMS40 fit the bill PERFECTLY. I was a little concerned, with the low price, that the quality wouldn't be there, but the system is static free and sounds GREAT! I used balanced 1/4 cables (pulled from patchbay) to connect the microphone base unit to the Karaoke machine. The distance from the singers to the base unit is under 30 feet so I can't speak for the range of the unit.

I needed something fast for a public talk and I have no expertise in AV. This is basically a karaoke machine with 2 mics, super fast set up and was good to go in 5-10 minutes. It is completely adequate for speaking engagements. The speaker is a little larger than I would have liked but it was a good purchase for novices who just need to get up and going asap.

Hosted a karaoke party recently to have the music coming out from the pc and wireless mic into the mixer... The sound and music came out very well..no delay or what so ever.
