No more worrying about where to plug things and how to hook them up. Everything fits and works! The universal dock makes hooking up multiple monitors a breeze. I have three monitors hooked up to it as well as my mouse and keyboard. Setup took maybe 5 minutes for me.

The Docking Station comes with both USB 3.0 and USB-C cables for flexible host connectivity cords. Docking System provides SuperSpeed USB 3.0 (5Gbps) link between laptops dual HDMI video audio, network, outputs, wired Gigabit Ethernet, 3.5mm combination audio jack. While featuring two USB 3.0 ports, and four USB 2.0 ports. This particular Universal Labtop Docking System is does not support Gaming Systems or Linus compatible or charge Host PC! However, it is compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8.x, and 7 systems, ChromeOS 100+, and macOS 10.14+. Plug and play driver installation through Windows Update; manual driver installation on Mac. Station is compatible with Dual HD Monitors that are equipped with 2 HDMI’s, ports easily and connects to two HDMI monitors. Each supporting resolutions up to 1920x1200. While also supporting Lower resolutions such 1080p (1920x1080). - DisplayPort connections are not supported. - Does not support HDCP, will not playback encrypted or copy-protected content. - Cannot be mixed with non-DisplayLink USB adapters. Bought a new Lenovo ThinkPad, E16 Gen 1, along with a ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock v2. The dock gave me constant Device Disconnect issues dealing mainly with the ethernet port. Replaced that dock with an identical dock and it had the same issue. Tried an iVANKY dock that my support folks had and it worked perfectly. So, I purchased an iVANKY dock for $100 less than the Lenovo dock and it's been great. Lenovo kindly reimbursed me for their dock which didn't work.

I have already recommended the Plugable USB 3 Universal Docking Station for Dual Monitor to many of my friends and family and several of them have already purchased and used this docking station to manage their dual monitors quite easily and they all love to use this device.

I had a great experience with the USB 3.0-2.0 Universal SSD Installation Kit, it was an easy and smooth attachement for my SSD, and transfered without bugs and with steady speed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded my USB dock from the USB 3.0 dock to this Hybrid USB-C dock. Connected to my T480s. Having the USB-C (the one cable that does it ALL!) is a nice upgrade and makes my connection/disconnection that much simpler. Plus the connection is more stable than the USB 3.0 docking and the drivers seem to work seamlessly with the laptop. USB 3.0 dock was very nice but had some connectivity issues. I have experienced none of those with the Hybrid USB-C dock. And as a "lay flat" versus sitting upright, with the various cables attached it is more stable and not prone to tipping over if something tugs at one of the cables. Very much worth the upgrade for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a MacBook Air a couple of years ago and have been struggling with a way to connect my various peripherals. I have purchased multiple connectors but always have a hard time locating them when needed. This docking station is a great way to add much needed ports to my MacBook all in one convenient location. The sleek look and finish paired well with my MacBook Air and fit neatly in my laptop bag. There is a non-slip grip on the top of the dock which allowed the laptop to stay in place providing an optimal position and angle for typing. On the bottom of the dock there were adhesive strips that could be used to adhere the dock to the laptop if so desired. The dock get hot when fully loaded and offers all of the basic ports one might need (3.5 mm audio headphones/microphone/audio recording, VGA, MicroSD 3.0, SD Card 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45), USB 3.0 (BC1.2)/USB 3.0/USB 2.0, 4K DisplayPort/4K HDMI, 100W PD 3.0 (no data). The wired internet port is a must for a fast and stable internet connection. It doesn’t charge your laptop but it charges your connected devices such as a cellphone or tablet. The one thing I would change would be the length of the connector cord for the USB C. The short cord makes it hard to connect and keep the laptop positioned on the dock. Once in place, the laptop will stay in place. I recommend this product as it provides ample peripheral connections, is durable and provides the quality that is expected from the Belkin name.
