As of this writing, there are only two LANC Lens Remote Controls available for the JVC GY-HM600 & 650 Camcorders on the market. One made my Varizoom and the other is made by Manfrotto. When the GY-HN600 was sent to me for demo, JVC sent along they're recommended Varizoom Remote Lens Control. I did not like its side-by-side (thumb) rocker motion for zooming the lens, ... just un-natural. I later tried the Manfrotto Controller at NAB and found it to be a more professional movement (think REAL STUDIO Camera Control) with a natural U-Shaped Thumb-Guide, as well as, easily accessible zoom-speed limiter, and Iris/Focus controls. The RC Pan Bar EX Remote Control (LANC) is actually priced less.

I don’t have to flip through the booklet searching for my devices’ code. Being able to hook up to 8 devices is great. I was able to connect to my roku steaming box, Apple TV box and TV. There were some features it can’t replicate on the original remote, but for the basic functions, this would do.

Good sound. Having some control over bass is great. With optical hook up to TV there was an occasional echo like sound (non sync with tv speakers). Very minor. I wanted the tv remote to control the sound bar anyway so when I hooked it up with HDMI instead, it was resolved. I should mention that the remote is necessary to turn on the voice enhancement which is a very nice feature for someone in my house. Issue: There was one time that "mute" was enabled and I could not turn sound back on. I tried all three remotes (LG TV, Bose, DishNetwork) and it would not turn sound back on. Power off, then power on Bose via remote reset it. Everything works as normal again. All three remotes can control volume.

I am able to control so many devices, just by changing between sources and the remote adjusts according to the tv to control the device automatically. With the built in Alexa I am able to control all the devices in the house while I am watching tv including the Tv. Sometimes the kids have the TV so loud I Am able to tell “Alexa LG TV Volume 10” and turns the TV down without me yelling. Kids love watching their cartoons on the Big screen. I have noticed I am able to move from screen to screen without waiting for the application to load. For example I was watching Live TV and wanted to go to Netflix to search a movie. I was able to switch between both without turning one off. It’s a great TV, my self and my family are loving it and enjoying watching TV together.

I tried several universal ceiling mount for my new JVC DAL-RS45 projector but not suitable for RS45. Peerless PRG-UNV ceiling mount is great suitable for JVC DLA-RS45 and precision gear design for roll and pitch adjestment. It's the most important for me to have precision adjustment. I am really satisfied of this PRG-UNV ceiling mount! MingChuan, Lu

This fire stick works great and I can control my tv with the remote. No need for anything else.
