Super easy to use...just plugged it in and both the keyboard and mouse were recognized right away. Seems to have good battery life as well...I rarely turn off the keyboard or mouse, and the included batteries are going strong after a month of use. 5 |

The keyboard is recognized by the units right away. It is easy to use and can take a bounce. My only issue is that on the first one I had, it came with an extended USB module which was way easier to plug into cash registers and hard to reach USB ports. This one has the typical small, USB like you would have on a mouse. Otherwise, great unit! 5 |

So when I got the keyboard, it did not seem to be recognized well by the Mac mini. However, the company was very supportive and helped me navigate settings to check. It now works flawlessly, and I am very happy with it. Being wired, there are no batteries to change and no bluetooth lag. 5 |

Install went well. The fit is fine and the computer recognized it right away. It's only been 4 days but as of now I'm quite please. The price was great. About $80 cheaper than anywhere else. 5 |

Plugged it in to my 5-year-old Mac and it was recognized immediately. Backed up the computer to it using Time Machine and all seems to be working very well. I'm using an old operating system (pre-Capitan) and all is well. 5 |

For anyone who notices that the card is not being recognized by your computer, please install the software drivers off the included CD, and then restart your computer. I purchased this for an older Dell XPS 8300, and thus far things have been great. If all goes well for the next few months, I'll buy another to take up the other available PCIe slot on the motherboard. 5 |
