Keyboard On My Computer Suddenly Stopped Working

My Boss Acoustimass bass module 500 just stopped working suddenly and I bought it 3 years ago. Can I get any tech support?

The ability to change brightness suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason and it could only shine on the low setting, but Coast warranty service got me back in business in no time. So I saw this little unit, and bought it at B&H's low price. It's plug and play, and functions perfectly. I plugged it into a rear port, and double-sided taped it to the computer top. It has a power button that once turned on, never has to be used again. Turn the computer off, turn it on again, and the hub powers up with the computer. Perfect, and an easy fix! I can high-speed transfer to my USB sticks again!
