Keyboard On Second Computer Not Working

THIS IS MY SECOND IDENTICAL KEYBOARD WORKS AS GOOD AS THE OTHER ONE IN MY OTHER COMPUTER

My working computer is a MacBook Pro 13 2017 4-port. I am learning video editing and needed more screen real estate.  After researching prices for quality 4k monitor prices for my laptop, this iMac was only a few hundred $ more, and you have a new computer to boot.  This machine is blazingly fast compared to my MacBook, and verified when checked with geekbench's free version, which is to be expected with a newer machine, and the screen is beautiful.  My only complaint is with Apple not making the wireless keyboard with the same size keys and spacing as a MacBook. Going back and fourth between machines, as I do in my daily workflow, I find my fingers overshoot on the smaller wireless keyboard. The new Trackpad has some of the same feel issues as well. Make sure to actually use the usb output that matches the computer your are testing your mouse+keyboard with. I had the keyboard+mouse not working like some mentioned in other comments/reviews. I contacted the support team which helped me make it work correctly. It's silly but we never know what would have with lack of coffee :) .

5 stars! Stable and very easy to adjust level with slider on.

Aside from the loud/clicky keyboard models, I believe this is the best you can get in standard layout. Assuming you don't require 'compact'. I use a clicky keyboard much of the time but switch to this one for meetings because in a meeting, loud keyboards drown everything else out

THIS IS A GO TO KEYBOARD. IT HAS 3 SETTINGS FOR BRIGHTNESS. THIS IS MY SECOND ONE. HOPE THEY KEEP MAKING IT. WORTH EVERY DIME!

It is working great after installed it into my computer!!!!

The first SSD was DOA and it was quickly replaced at no charge. Second one is working fine. Very satisfied with this purchase and the fast response correcting problem. Will continue to purchase from B&H in the future.

You can tell that this was designed by a working pro photographer. First of all it is rather nondescript and that's a good thing! Second it just works. You never have to search with this bag, everything is logically located. I carry 1 35mm with small zoom attached, along with a 100-400 and a 14-28, plus a handle mount flash. Additionally a portable hard drive, charger and converter and assorted batteries and cleaning supplies. All in all I have never felt space limited with this bag.
