Keyboards For The Ipad Mini

After several efforts to make an iPad more than just a browsing and gaming gadget, I dove deeper with the 2018 iPad Pro 11 inch. iOS 13 convinced me that the iPad might be more useful than previously. The iOS makes a big difference, but having a real keyboard to use with it, made the iPAD Pro a home run. I'm very satisfied with this keyboards performance and functionality. The Apple smart keyboard is too limited for my needs (think: emaciated super model) and the big bulky overbuilt keyboards negate the advantages of the iPads diminutive size. I can't speak to it's durability as I've only had it a couple of months. So far so good. I'm actually using the iPad Pro more and more for emails, writing and everyday tasks that I gave up on with my previous iPAD 2 and iPAD Air 2. It is quickly becoming a replacement for my MBP for mobile computing needs. The Logitech Slim Folio Pro, along with an Apple Pencil is a big part of that transition.

Best IPad mini hood. I like it better than using the goggles.

Audio quality is way better than the mic in the iPad mini.

I really don't care for digital keyboards. This adds an excellent keyboard and touch pad for my 12.9 iPad. It is limited compared to keyboards on a full computer, but for the iPad it does all that is necessary. The iPad/keyboard combo is just outstanding for mobile computing!

I've tried most keyboards but they usually dont stay on my ipad for long. Ever since I purchase the magic keyboard it has been glued to my ipad ever since. Just wish there was a protective skin on the magic keyboard to keep it in mint condition.

I love my iPad, but don't use it nearly enough to justify buying a laptop. I bought blue tooth keyboards in the past, but they were difficult to use when in the truck, on the road, or in other non-typical locations. The rugged book was a great solution. A coworker had one and I was impressed by it. So I got one myself and am quite happy with it.

I have bought Zagg keyboards for my last 3 iPads. The Pro Keys Trackpad exceeds all expectations. The keyboard itself is the best feel of all of their keyboards to this point, the most like a laptop keyboard, and absolutely no stuck keys, no mistyped or missed letters, very solid. The system for adjusting the angle of the iPad to the keyboard is extremely well-designed. It’s comfortable to type on in your lap or on a table. Lastly, the trackpad is amazing. I didn’t realize how much faster and easier it would be to access everything I need on the iPad from the track pad without having to touch the screen. No reservations whatever, would purchase again.

My husband got this for me to use with my iPad. I had been looking at keyboards for sometime. I am glad I waited for this one, it’s performance is just what I had hope it would be, I like the way it is adjustable and the feel of the keyboard is great. It makes my work faster and more enjoyable. I am much more productive.

In the 80s I had a couple mini keyboards from Casio. I never thought I'd say in 2022 that Casio makes the most natural feeling keyboard I've tried. Honestly! Yamaha & others felt fake, and this Casio felt like the weighted keys of my favorite acoustic piano! I bought it to play as my daughter walked down the aisle for her outdoor wedding because the venue had no piano or keyboards. I had it sent directly to the venue and didn't even get to play it till sound check. It felt great. Totally comfortable. And the sound was perfect. So yea, I recommend this. By the way, it does have a music stand, which I wasn't sure it did.

I just bought a new Mac mini, and planned on using Apple's full-size Magic Keyboard 2. But once I tried it out, I was super disappointed—the keys were loud and had very little travel. I did some research and finally landed on this Logitech model. The travel in the keys is phenomenal, and I prefer it even to the older Apple keyboards. Pros: mappable keys (with the Logi Options app), multi-device switching, comfort and key travel, price Cons: the spacebar is six keys wide instead of five like on most keyboards, making it considerably louder than the other keys; the only “fn” key is under the “shift” key I would absolutely recommend this keyboard and plan on buying another if this one ever goes out.
