I wanted to get a faster Flash drive than the USB 2.0 units I have, so I bought the Kingston unit because I have always had good solid reliability with my other Kingston products. This unit lives up to the quality and reasonable price I am used to having with Kingston products.

We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly.

It kind of feels like a USB drive. Plug and Play. Compatible with Mac & PC. I use it to store all of my work-related documents that I need on the go. The rubber protective cover is great for minimizing shocks that could damage it when traveling. It comes with a USB 3.2 Type C cable and the transfer speed is fast! I highly recommend this SSD drive by Kingston.

I got the Kingston D500S 256GB Ironkey USB drive to back up my critical files, and this is by far the best encrypted drive on the market! I use both Mac and Windows, and I love how the software is built into this USB drive so I don't have to install extra apps, etc.
