I'm using 4 of these in my bedroom as the front and surround speakers along with the Klipsch RP-500C center channel speaker and two RP-140D speakers for the rear surround. Also have a R-112SW wireless subwoofer. Very happy with the result. It's like being at the theater.

Owned 6 center channel speakers from JBL, Klipsch and B&W, but this one is the icing on the cake. Vocals have never been clearer and the dynamics are straight from a cinema. Absolutely beautiful sound and beautiful finish too. Just buy it. You'll never regret it.

sub is paired with a couple of Klipsch KSF10.5 synergy towers and an Onkyo TXNR676 receiver. Klipsch makes some of the best speakers.

Fantastic center channel speaker. The detail and clarity is much better than the Synergy series that I replaced with these. I was lucky enough to have captured these on sale as I waited for some time for this to happen. If you are on the fence about getting this center channel, just do it! It will not disappoint!

Bought two of the Auray IP-L isolation to be used under a Klipsch RP 404 c center channel. Depending how you sit the center channel on the isolation pads.Either flat down or with the front elbow up the center channel [flat pad] fits perfectly or the rear of center channel hangs over 1 inch. Either way does the job very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my def tech center channel with this Klipsch CC. The deftech was nice but this blows it out of the water. This one speaker seems to improve my whole 5.1 system. The dialogue is much clearer and drastically improves the movie watching experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Klipsch RP-500C II, as a center channel speaker, is an important and central part of my home theater setup. With this center channel speaker isolated, I could hear dialogue and vocals loud and clearly from the center tweeter. The two woofers on the left and right of the tweeter also provide loud and clear sound. Together, I feel it has a very solid, full, and rich sound. Upon opening the box, I was relieved to see how well packed the speaker is. It has foam pieces that suspend the speaker in the middle of the box with plenty of space to avoid damaging the speaker cones. I do wish there was some type of handle or something to make it easier to pick up and move around, but it’s not important, since it’s not done often. The short manual said it’s 8-ohms and I had no problem with my A/V receiver. It has high quality connections in the back and was easy to wire up, just two wires. I was also glad to see the speaker grill is attached magnetically. Older speakers have the snap on type that can sometimes get damaged. This was easy to attach and attached right on, and aligned perfectly on its own. I tried both music and movies with action and dialogue. All of them were full, rich sounding, and stayed clear at high volumes. I’m glad to have such a high quality center channel speaker from Klipsch in my setup.

I'm starting to replace my 15-year old 5.1 Polk satellite system and decided to start with these for my L/R mains because of the reputation of Klipsch (and just because I like the looks of the copper/ceramic woofers). They were also on sale for 40% off :)They're the first speakers I ever had with dual binding posts and I put them to use on my (also new) Denon X4700H receiver, which I will probably also review at some point. Bi-amping the Klipsch speakers using the extra height channel terminals I currently can't utilize, in combination with the Pure Direct mode on the Denon, I really kind-of don't miss my subwoofer...the bass is nice and tight and streaming music or playing a CD or vinyl LP is a treat - my favorites are jazz and classical. Sometime today I expect my new R34C center channel (it arrived as I was typing this review!!! - YAY)
