I recently found my grandfather old Kodak brownie 8mm movie camera. i thought it was long gone years ago, since all i was giving was his super 8mm some 25yrs ago. im glad i can still get film. im just about to place an order for 2 rolls. quick question, would i need to attach a filter to the lens, or just set the correct meter dail settings if shooting in day light? 5 |

I love my Kodak PIXPRO FZ55 Digital Camera (Blue)!!!! I give it a 5 star rating!!!!! I love the color of Blue!!!! I just have to learn how to use it. The only thing that I did not like was IT DID NOT HAVE AN OWNER'S MANUAL with it!!! Why do you not include a Owner's Manual????? How are you to learn about the camera & how to use it if there is no manual????? Otherwise I love it!!!! Include an owner's manual with each camera so customers can learn how to operate their new cameras!!!!! 5 |

I have yet to switch to digital imaging. Wherever I go I take my Yashica T4 camera, and I use Kodak Gold film: ASA 200 in the summer and ASA 400 starting in the autumn. B & H has wonderful prices, and I love this film. So I keep going back to B & H. 5 |

Used with fish eye lomo camera. Great sensitivity allows use outdoor without the flash, even in cloudy conditions. Able to capture more details with the flash indoor, even in the corner of the frame with the fisheye lens camera of Lomography series (reminder-fisheye lens captures 180 degrees of view). The film cost is OK at $, however, processing is a bit pricey at $ for 36 frames on matte paper, single set, no CD. Though its understandable that most of the people are doing digital pics this times and not too many stores are handling the development anymore. I wish B and H Store prints my Kodak film on Kodak (not Fuji) paper for better results. For the above reasons I only use color print films for vacation once or twice a year and with the fisheye lens, because i couldn't get the same special effects and sometimes punchy saturated colors with my small Canon digital camera and sometimes bigger Olympic digital camera is not doing the job as well. 5 |

I had a bunch of antiquated VHS and 8mm tapes laying around that I wanted to digitize on the computer. This product and included software did EXACTLY what it said it would. Now all my videos from yesteryear are preserved in a digital format that won't degrade over time, and I don't have hundreds of tapes taking up space on the bookshelf. VERY easy to use and worth every penny. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple solution to convert their videotapes from analog to digital format. 5 |

I'm using this to convert 8mm and Super 8mm home movies to a digital format. It's easy to use and does an excellent job! But remember GIGO: Garbage In, Garbage Out. If your movies have scratches, dirt, bad lighting or jitters in the original film, those will be faithfully reproduced in the digital copy. This unit DOES have some exposure control. Anything beyond that will need to be dealt with in video editing software. The only challenge I had was figuring out how to mount the reels to the unit. I forgot that the 8mm reels and spindles have a flat tab that needs to line up in order for the reels to easily slide onto the spindles. You do NOT need to force them! No mention of that in the instructions, which are minimal but adequate. 5 |

We were looking for a way to convert old 8mm and super 8 film to digital format. My father-in-law had a number of old films and had no way of viewing them. I found this tool online and decided to try it. It works fantastic! The long and short of it is that it takes the films and looks at each frame, it then puts each frame together in mp4 format. It is fantastic and does exactly what I needed. We now have the old films in mp4 format that we can upload to youtube for the entire family to view. It is seamless and easy to use. It will take time to get the films converted because it looks at it frame by frame. 5 |

For years I would use the old method of transferring 8mm and super 8 film by projection and capture with a digital camera. This method was subpar at best due to light loss. I did not expect much better with this device. I was happily impressed. The quality far surpassed my expectations. This is a must have product. I highly recommend it. I do however wish it supported larger reel sizes. Based upon it's specifications it is a great product. 5 |
