[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this sound bar to replace my older competitor sound bar I had for years that had a bulky subwoofer box that I had to find room for. This JBL 300 is just awesome. The bass you can get out of this bar is amazing. It is great for those at-home movie experiences. There is one feature that I just loved, even though I didn't have to use it. It comes with these really nice, thick, heavy metal brackets so you can hang the bar from the wall instead of just having it on a shelf or a mantle. (mine sits on the mantle) The part I thought was an excellent touch was the piece of paper that had the correct spacing for where to place the brackets so you didn't have to measure or anything for perfect placement. As a woman who does most of this on my own, this was a NICE feature! I know it's just a little thing to most, but it's those little things that add up to put things over the top. Another feature that stood out to me was I didn't have to keep switching around my remote controls. I can still use my DirectTv remote for the volume when watching regular TV. It seems to know how to level out the sound bar and the TV automatically. Of course, you can always make adjustments with the Sound Bar remote, but it does a great job for regular TV just on its own. Overall, I am in love with this new bar. Would definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the fact that I could mount the sound bar to the wall, as I already have a lot of speakers in the same area for my stereo system. It was relatively easy to mount the sound bar after I figured out the provided template. It wasn’t clear that the line drawing of the brackets was where I was supposed to align the actual brackets. The rest of the template made sense, just not bracket placement and I wish that had been labeled. Both bluetooth and optical connections were easy to make. The sound is superb! I never realized how much I was missing until I heard the difference. LG delivers a rich movie theater-like sound that increases my watching and listening experience. It’s an excellent value for the price and I would recommend it to others.
