I am very pleased with the LaCie 10TB d2 Professional Hard Drive. I bought 2 of these. One is for all my files, such as, photos, videos and music. The second drive is for a backup of the first drive. The drives are quiet and are fast. I have had no problems with them. 5 |

I used this drive to replace a failed Seagate in a LaCie d2 Quadra and it works great! Simple remove and replace the drive, initialize it and it is up and running as a Time Machine Backup. Perfect price for this kind of peace of mind. 5 |

I bought this Hard drive because my Lacie 3TB Thunderbolt hard drive that I bought in April started making weird noises and my computer wasn't reading it. I lost my entire information and a lot of video projects. I talked with a costumer assistant and she told me that I won't loose the warranty if I open it up to recover the information. When I opened it, Surprise! I realize that Lacie use the same 3TB internal hard drive from barracuda inside this expensive machine. Im so glad I bought this hard drive! 5 |

I am VERY happy with my LaCie 500GB Rugged Thunderbolt External SSD drive purchased at the one and only B&H! I am a composer and store ALL of my Orchestral Sample Libraries on the Lacies. I recently got a SanDisk 1TB SSD (Solid State Drive) and used a drive cloning device to clone my old 1TB Hard Disk Drive (HDD) to the new SSD. It works wonders in my 15 year old computer! It really speeds up drive-related activities, perhaps as much as 3 or 4 times faster. I think my old HP laptop computer is either a SATA or SATA II type, so I suspect those with a SATA III system would see even better speed results when going from a HDD to a SSD. Gotta love it! 5 |

This is an extremely reliable and easy to use Solid State Drive. Once initialized it's easy to clone form a Hard Disk Drive to this unit. Take out the old drive, insert this drive, and put your seat belt on. 5 |
