I've been a Nikon guy for 40 years and I've been accumulating Nikkor lenses over the years. The D850 works great with my old AI lenses, and I love it.

I just started accumulating equipment for shooting macro, specifically flowers for now, and was hampered by not having a light stand for my LED panel light. I just got the stand and this mount today, and it is just what I need! This mount is solidly built and I would recommend this deluxe version over the standard. The shoe mount is metal, and it is adjustable, plus it holds the shoe above the plate, great if you need to use it for an accessory that has a hot shoe on it. The umbrella hole is slanted so your reflector will bounce more light upwards. The knobs hold very well without having to overtighten, great when you want your light assembly to point in a specific direction without loosening up. Comes with reversible thread studs top and bottom so you can use either a 1/4 or 3/8 thread.

I am currently a student filmmaker, and have been accumulating so much footage that I've been needing external storage for some time now. I wanted something roughly around 1 TB, small, and easy to use, and this product provides all of these features. The 1TB My Passport Portable Hard Drive has been wonderful so far. It comes with a 3.0 USB cable to transfer fils from and to my computer with great speed. The really great thing about this product is its size. It fits in the palm of my hand, so it does not take up too much space in my bag of camera equipment and accessories. The only issue I had with this product is that I had to reformat the drive to work with Apple software, but if you know how to do it (which I found out online), it takes all of 10 seconds to do. This is my first storage carrying case for lighting & tripods. I do not have a lot of gear but it is accumulating. I needed a spot to put all my gear at home & to transport to and from shoot while keeping the gear protected. This case has worked great for that. I may be getting a2nd one to separate the lighting and tripods as my lighting inventory grows..

Screws into the front of my lens and keeps crud from accumulating on the front element of the lens. Whether it filters UV light, I don't know, but I don't really care. It's a reasonably priced filter that does the job for which it is intended. I recommend it.
