I am an hobbyist photographer focusing on landscape, macro and architecture. The Sony mirrorless A6000 is a great on the go camera, which complements my DSLR. Great in low light, easy to use and lightweight. I am looking forward to taking many great photos with this camera.

I was nikon shooter before and mainly did landscape photography. I was contemplating for moving to mirrorless system from sometimes. After much research, I found Sony a7iv to meet all of my photography need and still keep some room for learning new skills like videography. I happy to say I did this decision. The images coming from this camera are top notch and high iso performance blew my mind away. Auto focus is something I haven't seen before. It surprised me how quickly it focus. I think i will be new Sony alpha fan boy from now. Fully recommend this camera. Also, B&H service is amazing.

I recently switched to mirrorless and really cut the weight of the gear I carry in the field. Having this stand in my bag has been great and I find myself leaving my tripod behind for most of my wildlife and landscape shoots. The versatility and ease of use of this stand is great. I've had great luck using it with a gimbal to get low when shooting shore birds on the beach, as well as with a ballhead for landscape shots. The only con I have found is that it only supports 1/4 20 thread accessories, so make sure whatever you want to use it with supports 1/4 20.

If you're doing multi-row landscape panos with DSLR/mirrorless, normal focal lengths, and no objects in the near field, this is all you need. PS Photomerge is sophisticated enough to blend images perfectly. (Not true, however, if you're doing architectural or product photography you'll need to add the accessory for nodal adjustments.)
