Laptop And Office Computer Same Files

I have used this scanner, and its nearly identical predecessor DR-4010C for nearly 20 years. It is heavy duty and reliable, with no issues or problems. After closing my law office, I scanned and converted several hundred boxes of client files to PDF computer files, before shredding all the paper. This scanner easily processed everything, and more, and continues to work well. I quickly scan whole books to PDF computer files, before converting them to text with OCR software, so the computer can read them using text-to-speech software. It just keeps on working as it should. This is the singularly best piece of office equipment I ever purchased. There is good reason Canon still makes this model with no apparent changes. You bet, I would buy it again. Sidebar Observation - I enjoy using this scanner with Canon's new I.R.I.S. PDF and OCR program, which works well and is well worth its comparatively low price. I have used most of the other major OCR and PDF programs, including, but not limited to, PaperPort, OmniPage, TextBridge, ABBYY OCR, Foxit PDF, Adobe Acrobat, Nitro PDF, and several others programs, and Canon's I.R.I.S. application is my current favorite. Love this. It holds my computer, work files and supplies needed to commute back and forth from the office. I work remotely several times a week and it easily holds everything I need to get it all back and forth. Liked it so much I bought a second one for my personal computer. Awesome quality, comfortable to carry no matter how full you pack it.

The perfect office on wheels. This is the solution I needed to organize and 'carry' my computer, files and other work items between my work and home office. I appreciate the sturdy, easy glide in any direction wheels. The case itself is well made and professional looking. I highly recommend this product.

This is the best mobile office ever. I even use in my house to go from room room instead of schepping files and a laptop in my arms. Great purchase. It'll last a lifetime

I work 2 jobs and take my laptop and files everywhere. The mobile office makes trekking everything easy. It easily fits my 15.6" computer, tablet, files, and books. Love that I can attach my lunch bag to the top (via bungie cord) for easy transport. And yet it is still not that heavy when I need to use the handles.

I recently purchased a brand new laptop, not realizing, it didn't come with an SD slot (my fault, as I didn't read through the specs that closely). This was the main reason I got the new laptop so I could transfer SD card files to my computer onto a program to make videos for my Youtube Channel. With that being said, this is EXACTLY what I needed! I love that it comes with both a USB-A and USB-C cable so I can use whichever port I want. Works smoothly and quickly transfers all the files I need to create the videos I need to. I will most likely buy this card reader again for a 2nd computer and/or travel needs!

I needed this device to be able to move files from and to an old computer with only USB-A and a new laptop with only USB-C. It works perfectly

I teleworked for a year trying to use my small, work laptop. Since I work for the government, I had no other options. When it became apparent that we would continue to telework, I decided to set myself up like my work office. I was assigned a new HP computer and immediately ordered the docking station that would accommodate it. We cannot use the USB ports on our computer for anything but a mouse (yes, we have to use a wired mouse!) so the docking station allows me to plug in two 24" screens, my external hard drive, my mouse and keyboard. It's just great to have all of those wires behind my system and my setup now is as good as it was when I was working in the office. This was money well-invested!
