It works perfectly. Plug and Play. No software download needed. However, I get low refresh rates from various different cameras I connected to it. Not sure if its due to the slower USB 2 connection, my 2.3 GHz I5 Macbook Pro, or the low amount of ram, but just a word of caution to anyone who is sending live feed to a laptop, you may run into these types of issues (including laptop running hot and battery dying fast). 5 |

It took me less than an hour from the time I opened the box to download the software to calibrate the display on my laptop. I did a second laptop even faster. So far, no issues or problems. 5 |

I have not used this product as yet; as I already have an antivirus protection on my system. I gave it 5 stars judging from other outstanding reviews I've read about it. Also, with the hope that it'll be an effective protection system once I need to download it. However, once I do need to download and use it, I'll certainly post my review of it... 5 |

This is my first experience with the software. I have always used other antivirus and to be frank, it works flawlessly so far.
