Laptop Computer Roller Bags

Great little roller for a pancake and laptop setup. Very solid and compact.

Hauling gear everyday I used roller bags but sometimes need to pack more than the one or two bags. The load capacity is great and the stability with the larger wheels makes this ideal for a multitude of terrains from gravel to grass. Not one regret for spending the extra money for that feature. Highly recommend.

I’ve got multiple bags from Think Tank, including a roller and backpack, but wanted something easier when cycling or scrambling. I went back and forth between this and others, but kept coming back to this one. While it can be a tight fit when loading a lot of gear, it’s forced me to rethink my gear choice when wanting a light kit.  The pockets and padding are great, the front pocket is a little small, but not a deal breaker and the laptop sleeve is great for a 13” or tablet.  The best thing is the ability to grab it and go without a hassle. So far it has held up well, but that was expected.

I bought these for my Rock and Roller 12 as I stack a lot of different sizes bags, amps, and instruments on my cart and needed a good strong bungee. Though I think these are top of the line straps, I wish R&R would have come up with a design idea on the cart itself to permanently have these attached and still be able to fold and unfold the cart.

I own several Think Tank backpacks and roller bags. I love them all. Each serves a different purpose depending on the kind of trip I'm taking, how much weight I can take on planes, especially local overseas flights, etc. I really like this backpack because of its dimensions. It's slightly deeper than my Think Tank Airport Essentials backpack which means I can pack several of my lenses in it vertically rather than horizontally. This gives me more room for non-camera body and lens gear, i.e., ND filters, batteries, chargers, card reader, external drives, etc. Obviously my backpack becomes heavier, but for some trips, this is better than camera gear in one bag and other gear in something else.

I have 4 Think Tank bags (backpack, roller, shoulder). They are built extremely well so I can't say that any have worn out or needs to be replaced or repaired. Like all travel photographers they get beat up on the journeys and none have ever failed me. Love the built-in locking mechanism added to the new generation of roller bag. Plenty of dividers. A place for everything and in a way I can carry too much. The older you get the less you want to carry but if you need to, this bag seems to have a place for it. It looks like everyone else's roller so it doesn't scream PHOTOGRAPHER so that makes me feel at ease when on the street in a foreign country. Can't go wrong with this bag.

The plain vanilla of roller bags, but has everything you need for a stress free day of shooting. More expensive bags have more bells and whistles but this bag has nothing to be ashamed of. So if you don't want to spend twice as much for features you may not need, this is the one to get; I did and no regrets.

Have tried many different bags. Finally keep only 3: 1 roller case for events, 1 waistpack/backpack for backpacking, and 1 Domke F2 for everything else. Einstein said, Everything should be designed as simple as possible, but not simpler. The Domke F2 is exactly it. I carry 2 D800's with 35 1.4 and 85 1.4 attached, plus whatever extras needed on different occasions. I think the olive green fits me best. That's all. Get the Domke 720-250D insert. Place the base plate inside this insert. BAM!

It is very useful and I am getting use to it. It's different from the laptop computer. But I like it. Thanks.
