Laptop Dimensions Comparison

Stand is well made and can support a large laptop regarding dimensions and weight.� For extra security I applied velcro to the stand's table surface and back of my laptop for extra protection in the unlikely event it gets knocked over.

That’s because most Laptops have differing dimensions. - My 15.5” Laptop easily slides into the pocket with room to spare. My wife’s 17” Laptop fits snugly in the pocket. Your Laptop may have different dimensions that make it a challenge to fit in the Laptop pocket. You should have measured your Laptop before purchasing this backpack. - This Ogio Gambit backpack is well-built and versatile. It replaces an aging Swissgear backpack that is not as rugged as the Gambit. - One thing is for sure: I recommend this Ogio backpack with confidence, knowing that it is well-built and well-designed. This is now my favorite backpack for carrying a Laptop, tools and other technical gear that I use every day at work.

I read the description and noted the dimensions, but it didn't sink in how big this bag is until it arrived. It holds all of my equipment and more. I like that it also has room for either my iPad or my laptop. I travel a lot, and this bag is ideal for that. I can put it on the handle of my suitcase or rolling laptop bag and not have to carry it. It's worth noting that it's a pretty big bag for carrying in the field.
