I ordered it for my Lenovo Ideapad, which my hard drive giving noise. To prevent my hard drive cash, i clone my hard disk and replaced. Now working well , feel like faster than Hard Disk. it comes with Clone Software .(download link). So you don't need to buy the cloning software. 5 |

i use to change my slow hard drive in my lenovo twist (Thinkpad S230u) i change also the windows 8 which are garbage and i did a clean install of windows 7 ultimate and wow works better than new. All the drivers are at lenovo's website just make sure you change the bios to install windows 8 otherwise you can't install it. 5 |

I used this to transfer data from my old laptop Hard drive to my new one for my Macbook Pro early 2011. The adapter made data transfer so easy and took the guessing game out and worry out. I had no data loss and you could not even tell once the transfer was complete that you even switched hard drives. It's just like there was a hard drive in there all this time. The only issue I had was since my laptop runs on usb 2.0 the transfer was slower but if I had a usb 3.0 connection I'm sure the speed would have been quicker. 5 |
