I bought this product about 2/3 weeks ago for my old Internal Sata HDD that I removed from and old PC. Instead of smashing it up I decided to buy this cable and turn it into an external storage device (after formatting). I must say for the price it is spot on, the build quality is great, it comes nicely packaged and I did a speed test with my brothers regular External HDD and the difference was noticable. 2T WD Black internal hdd works great. Use it in my external hard drive shell with a esata connection to my D*** Set top Box for much more space for DVR recordings than D***** provides. 5 |

This so far has been a very nice HDD transport case. The internal foam is pre-perforated which made cutting much easier. The latches have a very tight feel, snap securely shut and are still easy to open. 5 |

I booted old DELL Latitude E6430 from enclosed CD and cloned internal HDD to Crucial SSD attached via USB adapter. Cloning happened faster than I expected. After removing HDD from laptop and installing SSD in its place, the computer booted into cloned Windows 10 Pro with no issues at all. 5 |

I purchased three (3) of the Western Digital Internal 4TB HDD with a five (5) year warranty to install in my Mac Pro that already has one (1) Western Digital 4TB HDD in it. In the early 1980's I started using Western Digital for digital and analog storage in my computers. In 26 years of video editing I have never had a failure, and transferring data to new and larger HDD's has always been a seamless effort using the Western Digital Cloning software that is available with all the Western Digital HDD's. 5 |
