Laptop Lte Sd Card Touchscreen

This is a great little hub. I don't know about you, but I'm always looking for more plugablility. This solves that problem and then some by adding a lot of convenience and functionality. I love that it gives me some more USB ports, since I'm constantly needing them from a variety of peripherals. Having the SD card and micro SD slots is very helpful too. I have an SD card slot on my desktop, but its a pain to get to, so this makes it easier to use them. And my desktop cpu doesn't have a micro slot so this adds that capability without the need for a micro to standard SD card adapter. My laptop has neither SD card slots, so this is a necessity. The ability to charge a phone or something else with the powered USB-C port is also a nice feature that I see myself using often. And having the HDMI connectivity is a huge bonus, it's been very cool and added a whole new level of connectivity for me, especially with my laptop. The more connectivity you have with one piece of gear the better, and means less things you need to squeeze into your laptop bag or on your desk. And this little guy does the trick. I was looking for a way to dump all my shots from my SD card onto a drive without a lugging around my laptop, this little thing works like a charm! Just pop the card out of your camera and into the device, wait till all the photos have transferred then pop the card back into you camera and format, presto!!

Upgraded old laptop to Win10, all of a sudden can't see a SD card. This reader from Sony fixed it, easypeasy. Thanks B&H

I recently purchased a brand new laptop, not realizing, it didn't come with an SD slot (my fault, as I didn't read through the specs that closely). This was the main reason I got the new laptop so I could transfer SD card files to my computer onto a program to make videos for my Youtube Channel. With that being said, this is EXACTLY what I needed! I love that it comes with both a USB-A and USB-C cable so I can use whichever port I want. Works smoothly and quickly transfers all the files I need to create the videos I need to. I will most likely buy this card reader again for a 2nd computer and/or travel needs!

All the ports are so useful especially the sd card slot! Transferring from my camera to the laptop is made so much easier! Plus the HDMI port is a big need for me! All in all I recommend this to anyone operating on a MacBook

I formatted the card in my laptop as FAT32, then put it in the SD slot for the PD_Novel. It saw it immediately and I was able to redirect downloads and app backups to the SD card. There is so much more memory now, I've been playing in different app markets. You don't have to know which ones work with your unit. It will tell you if it's not compatible to download and install. Slatedroid has a great volume of information on how to improve the standard PD_Novel. You can browse for hours and learn how these things work. I would recommend the SanDisk Ultra SDHC 32 GB Memory Card for anyone who has the need for lots of memory. Just check the specs first to make sure it will work with your product.
