For voiceover work, I have the base of the arm attached to the back of my desk (without the optional riser), extending above one of my monitors. The arm is easy to position, and it stays firmly in place (no sagging). It is great. 5 |

A little heavy to get from the car to the desk but TOTALLY WORTH IT! This desk riser works GREAT and really helps with the strain of sitting ALL day long. I am very happy with this purchase even 60 days later and have shared the link for coworkers to purchase it too. I prefer the 20 riser to the 40 riser because of the type of photography I do as well as I use these for my laptop stand with just clips into the top. I find C-stands to be something that I can always have one more on hand. 5 |

I scoured the web for a simple functional laptop riser and stand and this is the only one that fits the bill for me. It lifts the laptop display to the perfect viewing level and I can store my keyboard under it to make more room on my desk. I found that an adjustable height feature is really not necessary. The viewing angle is important to me and this one has been designed with a good angle. And very importantly, my MacBook feels secure and stable on it unlike other stands which seem flimsy. Also, nice simple design and isn't a huge dust catcher like ones with a lot of parts. Who has time or wants to dust! I definitely recommend this one. 5 |
