[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just used this to replace an old hard drive on my old laptop and because it's solid state I was able to breathe new life into a ten year old piece of hardware! Definitely get one if you don't want to upgrade to a new model of laptop just yet! Obviously it's a little small if you wanna use it on a desktop, but it's fine on a laptop 5 |

This 14 Laptop is the backbone of my studio. With an 8TB Solid State Drive I have my entire photo catalog with me at all times. I have the files backed up in numerous places, so I don't worry that everything is on a laptop. The size is great, and when I'm at my editing station it powers a 30 monitor for a nice big work area. The M2 Pro makes it speedy as can be and being a 14 machine it is is super lightweight and extremely portable. I heard the battery life was improved and I have to agree. I have worked in Lightroom for hours while traveling and never run into battery issues. 5 |

I recently got a SanDisk 1TB SSD (Solid State Drive) and used a drive cloning device to clone my old 1TB Hard Disk Drive (HDD) to the new SSD. It works wonders in my 15 year old computer! It really speeds up drive-related activities, perhaps as much as 3 or 4 times faster. I think my old HP laptop computer is either a SATA or SATA II type, so I suspect those with a SATA III system would see even better speed results when going from a HDD to a SSD. Gotta love it! 5 |

This is an extremely reliable and easy to use Solid State Drive. Once initialized it's easy to clone form a Hard Disk Drive to this unit. Take out the old drive, insert this drive, and put your seat belt on. 5 |
