I used to have to watch CWTV and other website tv shows on my iPad or laptop, or plug it via HDMI port to my TV to watch, but now I can stream directly to the TV (since LG doesn't have apps for websites like CWTV and the web browser isn't really functional for streaming videos).

I recently also bought a Samsung UHD monitor from B & H to use with my laptop, and though the monitor includes an HDMI cable, a friend recommended my buying the Mini DisplayPort Adapter Cable for even higher quality than the HDMI. Not only was it inexpensive, it definitely makes a worthwhile difference in sharper and richer picture quality, and would highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to improve their monitor picture quality.

While Samsung makes a wonderful TV, the HDMI ports are poorly designed, located on the side of the unit. This causes strain on the cable terminals due to the weight of the cables. The Pearstone 90-degree adapter allows the cable to fit into the port vertically, removing the strain. Terminals fit snugly in the high quality adapters.

I have a 65 Samsung TV and just bought the Gradient Lightstrip and Hue Play HDMI Sync Box. I absolutely love it. It was very easy to set up and install. It adds a whole new perspective to the television. I already had other Hue lights in the house. It is awesome!

I love my smart TV, but the sound quality on its own is not at all smart. I have the Arc with two Play 1s for surrounds, with a Samsung TV using HDMI. Had the original playbar (black) so visually Arc in white is much better - the shape, curves, all metal design and touch buttons now look great under the TV. Sound from TV (programs and streaming) is really great, and the quality of music is really pleasing. For us it's a upgrade in quality compared to using just TV speakers. Family happy!

The j5create USB 3.0 DUAL HDMI DISPLAY ADAPTER 4K+1080P adapter/dongle allowed me to set up a quadruple screen workstation with my laptop computer! Since my laptop has one 4K HDMI port - that is 2 screens. The j5create has 1 HDMI port and 1 4K HDMI port giving me screens 3 and 4. You only get to use 1 4K screen with it. The reason may be energy usage - the unit runs warm (a nice hand warmer for winter computing). Beautifully it just worked when I plugged it into my laptop USB 3.0 port. There's a saying, Once you go dual you never go back. Now I can expand my screen work area as needed with most any computer. I am very happy.
