Laptop Touch Screen On Left Side

Plugged into the left side of the laptop even though most of us are right-handed.

Works as well as intended. Used primarily for laptop touch screen.

I searched for a specific size touch screen monitor as found this one. I was not familiar with the brand but while searching I found that viewsonic had the best ratings 2 of the past 3 years. It did come with minimal instructions in the box but B&H photo had some better instructions to download. So here is a couple of helpfull . Turn your computer off, plug in the included hdmi cable( connection under left cover panel at the underside topwhen facing the rear of monitor), plug in the included cord for the touch screen ( left side panel when facing rear of monitor. Plug in the included power cord. IMPORTANT: turn monitor on first and then turn on the computer. I had no issues on start up. This is used with a windows 10 system. This is a great product ,no issues. B&H also had the best price of anywhere I searched

I have had this camera for a few weeks now. This is a great camera. I really like it. That being said. Many creative type people, my self included, are left handed. Most lefties are left eyed. Using this camera's eye level finder targets your nose on the up and down screen touch buttons on the touch screen. Making the image magnify and de-magnify as you are looking through the finder. I affixed a small piece of velcro to the glass to keep my nose from hard contact with the touch screen. Still able to operate with my finger and the velcro makes it easier to locate them. Pictured is my fix for this problem. Hope this helps some one.

It's a slim leightweight laptop with smooth touch screen. I like it and would recommended it for graduate students.

I shoot real estate photography and videos, and edit using Premiere Pro. My 17 laptop is fully upgraded, 32 Gig RAM, SSD hard drive, and the processors fan was always kicking in high speed when editing video and running super hot (I have a clean dust-free laptop too). Although Ive not measured the before and after difference in computer speed, that was not my intention for getting the cooling pad -- I was looking to keep my processor cool and happy. Before the cooling pad, the heat blowing out of the right side vent was hot to touch.  But after using this Thermaltake cooling pad, my processors fan has never kicked into high-gear yet, and the processor runs at a consistent normal slower speed. And actually, the cooling pad fan makes my entire work area cooler too (kid you not). Theres an adjustable fan speed scrolling switch on the left side to control the speed of the cooling fans, along with an on/off switch for the blue lights. The USB connection is on the left, but that wasnt an issue for me as my laptop has 2 USBs on left and 2 on the right side. The noise level is nothing to speak of. If I were recording voice using a microphone, I would of course turn off the cooling pad. But even on high speed, the fans are quiet. I have my speed set to just a little above the off position, and it still cools incredibly well. My only complaint are the 2 tabs in the front, to keep a laptop from sliding down, protrude above the level of my laptop so they rub into the bottom of my arms when typing.  If Thermaltake had perhaps installed rubber covers over the tops, or made them slightly lower, that might help (see pic). However, I keep those tabs folded down as my laptop doesnt slide around, so I dont use them anyway. Overall, I would recommend buying this cooling pad, and I cannot imagine why one would need to spend more. Its quiet and keeps your processor cool and happy!

I switched from a Microsoft laptop to the Ipad pro. The touch screen is to navigate , very fast operating system. Battery life is amazing, I go days without charging. The camera images are incredible, four speakers sound is good. i would recommend a screen saver and padded case to protect your investment. Great choice

This Trackball Mouse has really upgraded my ability to use my laptop. I find that it is far easier to employ the Trackball Mouse with one hand to manage my laptop's screen than the combination of a touch screen and touch pad. I only selected the white model because it put me over the minimum required for free shipping. Seems that the identical device in black was priced a dollar less than the white model and did not trigger free shipping. Go figure....

This is one powerful laptop. Provided that you don’t need a touch-screen, this MacBook Pro is simply superb. Lightning-fast, powerful, and plenty of memory. The USB-C connectors are awesome. Yet it’s so thin and lightweight. If you need a touch-screen, I understand why you’d consider other brands. Otherwise, this is a laptop that will serve me well for a minimum of 5 years before I’d have to consider any sort of upgrade. And who knows what technology will be available then? No regrets, despite the price being above Windows-based models.

Use it for Windows 8 on old laptop and desktops. It has the same function on touch pad instead of screen. Allow touch screen functions away from computer when you lean back on couch. Nothing negative for comment. Great price! Would like to have backlite keyboard with solar panel.
