Laptop Webcam As Security Camera

Needed a webcam to replace the camera packaged with my Windows laptop. Getting much better video quality out of the box. The tripod is also a welcome addition. Great built quality. A bit disappointed not to have a USB-C connector option.

This Webcam performs so much better than the built-in FaceTime camera on my Mac laptop. The picture is clear, bright, and natural looking. This works well for those frequent Zoom meetings, browser-based video conferencing applets, and other video projects. I highly recommend this Webcam.

The webcam image is sharper and wider than my built-in laptop camera. The mounting clip works on my thin laptop and thick iMac.

This is a really nice, high quality webcam, a big step up from the built-in laptop camera. The picture is crisp and the colors are very good. Wide angle of view. Sound pickup through internal microphones is excellent as well. This webcam brought a big positive change for Zoom meetings and classes. It's great to see that these cameras are available again after they were sold out everywhere.

Got this item for use with my old laptop running Linux. The computer's own camera not useful for zoom etc chats due to placement of the computer--needed a webcam to mount on my large external screen. This webcam worked perfectly and easily out of the box with my system. And it fits my budget, too!

It was worth waiting 6 months to finally get the webcam. My laptop is very good except for the camera which I use for acting gigs, auditions and retinas. Very easy set up and intuitive software. Very happy with this.

This camera is vastly superior to the built-in webcam on my desktop and laptop. The video is sharp and clear and the audio quality is superior also.

We are extremely pleased with our Logitech C925e webcam. We got it because my daughter participates in online debate competitions and Lenovo laptop webcam just wasn't cutting it for sharpness. Under regular light, the laptop webcam and Logitech are not that big a difference, probably not enough to justify the purchase, but the huge difference is under less than ideal lighting: there, the Logitech is much sharper and clearer. Plus, I really like that it raises the camera slightly and gives us the flexibility to adjust the angle of the camera. It came very quickly and was in perfect condition on arrival. I was shocked how small and light it was. It worked immediately out of the box and is quite simple to set on the laptop; stays securely. The color balance is not as good as I had hoped, and it's not particularly flexible in adjusting it. Apparently other versions of Logitech cameras will accept Logitech software that allows for all sorts of color balance tweaking; this does have one downloadable software program, but it's pretty limited. So, my daughter looks paler than ideal, but oh well...she is quite pale to begin with so maybe hoping for giving her a rosy glow on screen was unrealistic. Overall, quite pleased.
