Laptop Windows 10 Pro 16Gb Ram

I upgraded from a similarly spec'd windows machine with 16gb RAM due to it really struggling to keep up with Lightroom & Photoshop. This machine has worked fantastic and really is speeding up my workflow. The switch was painful just learning a new OS but thats just the way it goes. I have a USB-C hub to connect with a HDMI monitor and several external hard drives and have had no speed or connectivity issues. Overall I'm really happy with the machine.

My laptop is running 16GB of RAM, an i7 processor and a 1TB hard drive. �(Due to the size, it was slow - 5400 rpm.) �I wanted an SSD when I bought the laptop 4 years ago, but prices of SSD were sky high if you could find them. �This is a much more reasonable price. �If you are maxed out on RAM, this is the next upgrade to look add - the loading and saving process is so much faster and reliability substantially higher as there are no moving parts. �It breathes new life into Windows based units!

This RAM was a perfect way to add 16GB to my Lenovo X1 Extreme Gen 4 laptop. Upgraded from 16GB to 32GB by adding this 16GB module. Key specs match the original RAM.

I know this is an M1, not even M1Pro, chipset in this laptop. It has 16GB of no-upgradeable RAM. It only has two ports besides the audio one. Still, I don't see a reason to pay for M2 prices. This is plenty enough computer for my needs. I'm not a pro photog and don't need something for that kind of workflow. I do have a work MacBook Pro 16 which is spec'd to the 9's. I know the difference and didn't see the need for me to spend more. This little gem is plenty for me right now. Maybe later I'll get a real beast, but not today. I'm in my happy, photo editing place.

Bought this laptop with 16GB of ram, charged it up, and went on a trip, naturally forgot my charger. But no worries there, even though I did lots of web browsing and downloading and uploading of files, the battery never got below 40% after 2 days of usage. Your results may vary but I have been thrilled with this little powerhouse and the upgrade it is from my 2013 MBP.

Bought a Lenovo Legion laptop from B&H in 2020 with 16gb of RAM. Upgraded to 32gb with this kit. Took a few minutes to figure out how to open the laptop but it was easy after that. Easy memory upgrade for my Dell Vostro 5410 laptop from 8GB to 16GB. It is plug-and-play direct fix. My laptop only came with 8GB for Windows 10. Crucial memory is cheaper than the Dell OEM part. If you are confident to open the back cover and insert the memory yourself, it can save you money to add more memory to load more apps running Windows.

I upgraded to this 2022 Macbook Air with 16gb Ram & 500gb Storage from my 2016 Macbook Pro with 16gb Ram & 500gb Storage. So far it is great! I will say that occasionally it is a tad slower on some tasks compared to my old pro, but in most cases it is better and faster as it is a big upgrade and can keep up with newer technology that I use for work much better. The color Midnight is pretty, but I do recommend at least a clear case because it attract fingerprints very easily. It is also so much lighter than my pro which is a huge plus for traveling since I work remote!
