Apple service is so good, I now have moved all my comptuers except one lightly used laptop to Mac OS.

I am a brand new Mac user... and so far I am enjoying the experience.  The Mac OS is so easy to use it probably only requires 1 brain cell to operate it. This is a refreshing experience and so far I have not had any compatibility issues with any of my existing hardware such as printers, docking stations and webcams. All my former PC accessories work fine with this Mac. Transitioning from PC to MAC was not as difficult as I anticipated. The only thing I don't like about this Mac is that the screen does not lay flat. This was kind of annoying since I tend to use a laptop tripod with an external keyboard when I travel. I may need to purchase another laptop riser so that I can see the screen at eye level when I am away from home. The laptop is obviously exceptionally well built. 14 inches seems to be the perfect screen size for me... not too big and not too small. The screen brightness is very good though not perfect and I do enjoy the colors and the mini- led tech. Learning to use finder vs windows explorer was easy. The only thing I am struggling with at the moment is learning the OS keyboard shortcuts. I found a list of them but memorizing them will take some time. I have noticed that this Mac manages the battery power exceptionally well. I can survive for 3 days without needing to charge. I use the laptop for home office, web browsing, e-mail and photo editing mostly. I anticipate that this laptop will last many years to come.

I use this as a rolling laptop stand for tethered shooting in my studio. Without question it is best rolling stand I've ever used. Perfect height extremely strong and smooth operation.

I use this drive as the Time Machine backup disk for my laptop running OS X Yosemite; it works nicely. With the drive on my desk, I can still hear the cooling fan, but I don't mind it. I think the device is well designed (easy-to-use and looks good), and it has a good warranty.

I bought this flash drive to backup the OS for my new laptop. The drive is fast enough using either connector. My only word of caution is with the string thingy. It doesn't come attached, and it's tricky to figure out on your own. But since it's only useful for keeping track of the cap and putting the flash drive on a keychain, I didn't take any points off for it. It was kinda fun to figure out how to put it on.

I recently upgraded the OS on an old Windows laptop from Win 7 to Win 8.1.  After the update, I found that the SD card reader in the laptop no longer worked.  A BIOS and/or driver update was needed, which the manufacturer no longer supported. This SD to USB reader came to the rescue!   Transfer speed is excellent.  It is also fully compatible with my UHS-I SD cards and USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports. Highly recommended and five stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 of these in my gaming laptop. One for OS and rarely used applications; with the second one for commonly used applications and vram. Would love to have even more but only have 2 m.2 slots. Looking to upgrade to larger storage soon.

In need of a new laptop for Linux development. I met with a B&H customer support specialist who reviewed product options with me. After careful consideration I selected the ACER Swift X 16 and confirming that it would support a Linux OS, I made the purchase. I received the laptop within 2 days. In 25 minutes, I was up and running with a Linux OS. I will happily purchase from B&H again. Thank you B&H team! Best Regards, MikeR

SN750 or SN850 will do you well. I installed this as the primary OS drive on my laptop. I run Windows and Linux on it no problem. It is quick, and doesn't seem to overheat even in the small space. I like that it comes with TLC memory, so it should last. Comes with a good warranty.
