This is a great case for the older style use when using opticals like dvd burners and such. The newer cases do not have these but this one does. The computer build is very easy and the case works well for me....thanks 5 |

Burned 5 discs about twice each on 4 different burners and each time it worked fine. I had to update firmware on old VHS/DVD/recorder to recognize properly, but all work together fine now. Have had luck with Verbatim DVD-RWs also. 5 |

most, if not all, new laptops don't come with a dvd drive anymore so you're on your own if you need to view media on discs. this portable dvdrw drive from asus is extremely lightweight and about the size/dimensions of a music cd case, so you can easily fit it inside any backpack or computer case. regarding the functionality, i've been using it for over a month now and it hasn't had a single issue. easy to setup with the included wire and can be up and running within a minute or two. i'd highly recommend this drive, especially at this sub-$30 price point 5 |

I have used this product for years to store my 2000 DVD library and 500 CD libraries. We would not have any space without them. I have used other brands but always prefer the style and access these provide. We are military and move ever 2 3 years. I have ordered online for the last 4 moves through this company and never had an issue. In fact, I'm always surprised with how quickly they arrive, no matter which side of the states we are on.
