Large Office Printer

However, it prints on regular 8 1/2" x 11" paper as well as large format regular and bond paper. This printer can be used to print blueprints, large art projects or anything that you need to print. It prints in black and white and also in color. The color cartridges are small and easy to replace/insert. The large tray to catch the printed papers falls in front of the printer, so you'll need to accommodate extra room in your office/home for that, but it's large enough to catch the big printed blueprints, etc. that you print. I would recommend this printer for quality printing projects as it does not smear or smudge when you print in black and white or color. The printer is very easy to set up and use. I can print from anywhere in my office or house with the remote feature with the HP Smart App. It's also sustainable & it has a compact design. I am working from home and it beneficial for use in my “home office” as well as it also prints on regular sized 8 1/2" x 11" paper easily. It prints quickly and when printing on the large paper, the print quality is quite superior. The large print colors are no smeared, smudged or grainy at all. The printer produces clear and precise lettering as well as pictures. My son had to print a large picture for his art college class ad it turned out beautiful. The HP Large Format Printer HP DesignJet Studios 24 streamlines that process. Let me start with connectivity. The bane of any printer, is merely getting it "to talk" with your computer is probably causes the most number of delays in workflow and quite frankly, kills the momentum. That is not the case with the HP Designjet Studio, It practically takes no effort to connect this printer to the network or your home office Wifi, and from there you can print from anywhere in the world with a internet connection. With the DirectLink function, I can send a personalized link/passcode to consultants/subcontactors/designers, etc. and they can print directly to this printer. This function alone has been a godsend. and has been working flawlessly since day one. When I first unpacked the printer, I had no idea it was a multi-function printer, It can not only print large scale, but also 8.5x11, 11x17, and smaller formats. With that I , got rid of my bulky laser printer. The HP DesignJet Studio is sleek, stylish and modern and becomes the centerpiece to any office. It prints fast and clean. What more can you ask for. HP has always been a trusted brand with a long history of outperforming the competition.

I use this pack on my Canon MX870 printer. At my local office supply store, they only sell the set with a large black tank. I have to pay extra to get the small tank. I will go through about 4 sets of tank packs before I need to get a large tank. Buying the 4 color pack makes more sense to me.

We have had this printer in our office now for several months. It is absolutely unflappable. Large format printouts, multiple copies of large instruction materials, automatic stapling, two sided scans to email etc. Does it all flawlessly. Expensive but worth it if you are doing more than small home-office jobs.
