Largest Usb Storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my package and was pleasantly surprised how neat and professional it was including all accessories. I decided to purchase the Samsung T5 Evo SSD portable to transfer my photos and videos. The T5 EVO is Samsung’s latest offering which aims to deliver a large amount of storage at a reasonable price. It has certainly managed to do this with the help of enhanced V-NAND technology pushing the storage up to 8GB. This makes it the world’s largest portable SSD to boast 8TB capacity, surpassing the largest capacity HDDs with 2.5” form factors. The design is compact, light, and ergonomic making it a pleasant device to look at and hold. The T5 Evo is incredibly easy to move around and does away with the need for much bulkier external hard drives that we’ve become accustomed to in years gone by. It comes in three different sizes, 2TB, 4TB, and 8TB so you can pick an option to suit your needs. The read/write speeds are up to 460 MB/sec. The T5 Evo is a fairly solid, middle-of-the-range, SSD that performs adequately enough. What is important to me is security and this device boasts AES 256-bit hardware encryption that is important to me. Overall I really enjoy this device and recommend to everyone.

Whether for storage or transport, this case is one of the largest of its type on the market. It does take a while to get it, but it is up to the usual level of quality expected out of Pelican products. We are using this particular model for long-term dry storage of photographic slides, film negatives, prints and digital storage media, of which it will hold plenty. It is quite heavy, which is to be expected, but has casters available if you need, and handles that should support quite a load. It would also make an excellent footlocker.

This drive is the secondary drive in a new CPU box, mainly used for data storage. It's the latest and largest of many used over the years. No Barracuda drive has ever failed in my service; most have been used 5 years or more. The Windows 7 speed index on the new box is 5.9, and it is limited by the hard drives, but 7200 rpm is the limiting factor on read and write speeds in my non-RAID configuration. I have seen no fault in the drive's performance.

Well-made, and larger than I expected. It fits my largest laptop well, and there are lots of other spaces for storage. Also very professional looking for work.

This is the largest flash drive I purchased and am happy to have that much space so I don't have to worry about those quick storage items.
