Worked perfectly right out of the box, Bios was updated to latest, so my 7800x3d worked without any issues.

Ensure to update the BIOS with latest AGESA ComboV2 1.2.0.0. That improves the power management much better. Since I am upgrading from i7 965, the multiple task is improved 7x.

Getting 72c max on a NH-L12s with the latest Chipset driver and BIOS. Very fast, would recommend.

One of the only AM5 B650M boards that has both optical and line outs. Has plenty of other I/O as well. Shipped version was 1.2, not the latest 1.3. BIOS as shipped was FB. Installed easily into Thermaltake Tower T200 case. My first gigabyte board in years, been ASUS for past 10y. The gigabyte BIOS was easy to navigate and understand. Updated to latest BIOS, changed to EXPO settings on my RAM, everything just works.

I have three of these. It always works except with Win11's latest Prolific driver. You might need to go back to an older version.

Full-size ATX motherboard. Conventional fixing positions. Fitted a Ryzen 5600 processor, and an MSI graphics card, together with 16G of memory, running at 3600. I checked the ASUS web site for compatibility of both, prior to purchasing them. The BIOS is easy to navigate and well laid out. This board has a TPM, which is interesting. On first power-up, the BIOS warned that this was a new processor and did I want TPM data erased. It warned of dire consequences if I was running Bitcoin, or some such. I carried on regardless. I noticed that the memory did not start up at full 3600. I had to increase the speed in the BIOS. The BIOS was an older version, so I downloaded the latest version. No problems with installation. I didn't use the Flash facility. I used the tool within the BIOS. I wanted to run my "D:" drive as a mirror RAID array. This BIOS has the software built-in, to set up the array, prior to Windows installation. Don't forget to load the three drivers, otherwise Windows can't see the discs. Overall, very happy. It runs well and looks great.

If you can find one and have a bios available why not.

The latest version of these anchors(version 4) have a double taper allowing much easier insertion and removal.
