I am a semi-professional photographer. By that I work a normal job and get photography jobs randomly. One of my regularly scheduled events is a conference 3 times a year that requires me to move around a large arena quickly, with heavier lenses, but without distracting the audience if at all possible. For years I strapped on two cameras with their own straps and it was just incredibly difficulty and strenuous on my neck. A year ago I started using the Money Maker by Holdfast gear and the difference was night and day. I can carry two cameras for 3-4 hours at a time and never feel fatigued. As well, I usually have a monopod on one of my lenses and the cameras hang where it doesn't bang around or hit others. As a female photographer, I can't imagine doing multi-camera shoots without it. There are always those times, particularly in professional audio after we switch everything over to the latest and greatest, when we wish we could still make use of that old gear that seems no longer compatible, and that seems to have no replacement! And then of course we don't want to go through a lot of audio converters after we already have exactly what we want in the digital domain... So, welcome to the world of format converters! I found this little box to be extremely handy interfacing COAX/SPDIF outboard gear back to the DAW, either through sample rate converters or directly to an AES/EBU digital interface. In our particular case we use an RME ADI-192 DD to downsample digital output from Pro Tools HD for use by, let's say an old PCM-80 or a couple of Kurzweil Rumours. This drives the cables in both directions with perfect synchronization, no digital clicks or pops, and everything stays squeaky-clean without the need to worry about the length of the cable runs, etc. It's a unit you can trust, but buying a few copies WILL run you some change...

I have had x series cameras since their inception. This is my new favorite. The latest firmware updates have really made the purchase have extended value as well.

I have always relied on Pelican water tight cases for all my professional gear. The latest edition, the 1200 Mini-S case houses my Atmos Ninja V and all it's accessories. When it comes to protecting your gear, it's Pelican... Case Closed!

My second purchase of a Vello Battery Grip, first one was for a D750, the latest for a D850. Professional packaging, looks indentical to Nikon product but at 25% of the cost. I am very wary of third party accesories but this one does the job, highly recommended.
