This cheat sheet is so handy and useful. Wish the letters were a bit larger, but overall I am satisfied with this item. I highly recommend.

You could look all this stuff up online, print it, then laminate it yourself, or you could just spend $5.

nice and easy to use larger letters

First, 60W will probably meet your needs in a small video studio. I only use 2-8% of the output. Secondly, a standard modifier platform (Bowens' S mount), has saved me a great deal of time. The lower cost silent heads would only accept barndoors, gaffing tape and aluminum foil. Far Far easier to repurpose old modifiers or purchase new. Previously, I would have to retape the foil at inopportune times. SILENCE is critical for me. Recording a cast once correctly is worth all the post processing in the world. Nothing beats SILENCE.
