I bought this adapter to fix a small LCD projector to a microphone stand. Both the 1/4 screw and the ball and socket give a positive connection and lock firmly making a sturdy stand for this very small projector. 5 |

I've been looking for an inexpensive stand for my laptop and/or and LCD projector. This one fits the bill perfectly. It's light but sturdy and, for the price, I don't see how it can be beat. I use a lot of Quiklok gear and I've found it to be good value. The stand works great with my laptop for music while playing and does double duty as a projector stand for photography. The monitor is easy to setup. It comes in 3 pieces the lcd panel, the stand and the base. No tool is required as it just clicked together. The box comes with a HDMI cable. Note that it doesn’t come with other adapter like display port or VGA. If you own an older laptop, you willl need to go out and purchase an converter or separate cable. The power button is behind the screen. It was hard to find and it does have any label on it which is strange. You need to read the instruction to make sure you press the right button. The screen is bright and clear. Color is quite vibrant. I have done color calibration yet and will do so when I am free. Overall the monitor is a great buy for the price. 5 |
