Learning Quickbooks Online

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so awesome. I really love the scan to quickbooks feature, it makes entering receipts a whole lot easier. Great quality and love the Canon brand!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I Bought several pairs of earplugs for family members to use with this new online distance learning (due to school closings/covid-19). These are amazing earplugs with great sound quality.

I have been using the 15-key Stream Deck which works great, but I'm now learning a new musical instrument via online video tutorials and I needed a way to do mouse clicks without removing my hands from the instrument. The Elgato foot pedal works perfectly for this using the SuperMacro plug-in in the Stream Deck software.

Excellent camera. Still trying to learn it. Never received code for any of the online learning classes. I guess I have to learn by myself taking a lot of amazing photos.

Amazing piece of gear. Definitely a learning curve, but the videos online help you out. WARNING! If you have a Canon 80D, you have to upgrade the firmware and buy a connecting cable to get certain functions to work. After that - smooth sailing. Be ready to work out your biceps too.

Absolutely amazing. Streamlined my iPad experience with my Apple Pencil and just made my online learning journey easy and effective.

Still learning how to use, but, so far very nice…..

We're still learning all of the functions but so far it's been fantastic.
